Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Prologue

In the vast expanse of space, in an unknown galaxy, a war was currently occuring between two sides.

On one side were members of different races comprising of elves, dwarves, spirits, dryads, abyssals, fairies....etc. While on the other side were creatures.

Yes creatures. As there was no other way to describe them. They possessed grotesque looking bodies and seemed to feel no pain. And they gave off an eerie aura.

Both sides were firing off different attacks with the former side seeming more desperate to win. Of course they were. If they lost here the universe would be destroyed after all.

While the latter side didn't seem to really care for the outcome, they just followed their orders.

Casualties were in the thousands as bodies were dropping casually like flies. Most of the casualties were from the former side hence their desperation.

*Boom* *Boom*

A little way from the battlefield there were ten individuals all surrounding one person in the middle.

Each of these ten individuals radiated an aura that seemed otherworldly. They gave off the feeling of deities.

Each monsters in their own rights and yet those monsters were trembling in the presence of the person in the middle.

Well rather than person, it was more accurate to call him a demon as he not only looked like one, he also gave that feeling.

All around them were corpses of their slain comrades who had tried to fight him in vain.

He had gigantic horns on his head with black hair and crimson eyes. He wore a magnificent crown on his head. His body stature resembled that of an olympic athlete.

His skin was unblemished and seemed to be made by the Gods. Although his shirt had been torn and he was missing an arm although it was regenerating already.

But compared to the others surrounding him, his injury seemed light. And they all seemed out of breath as they all just stared at each other.

"Why don't you all just give up already?". In the dead silence the being in the middle spoke.

"It should be obvious by now that you do not stand a chance against me even while together". He continued. As he spoke, the expression on the other ten individuals turned grimmer.

"If you surrender now, I promise painless deaths for you and your subordinates. Or better still just join me and we can re-create the universe together ".

"Be Quiet!!". The one who exclaimed was a golden hair beauty with pointed ears, an eye-catching beauty and seductive body. Despite having lost an arm and a leg, she was still radiating divine like aura.

"Re-create the universe you say. That's just your way of saying we should help you slaughter the entire universe and everyone and everything in it right?". She said screaming.

"Yeah and so?". The figure in the middle said non chalantly. "Does it matter how many are going to die?. Most of them will just be reborn anyway".

"And those who aren't?". "What happens to them. Death or will they just stop existing". Replied another of the ten individuals surrounding the one in the middle. Crimson hair, and crimson coloured eyes with a well built body.

Like all the others here, he was radiating divinity despite being in bad shape, missing an eye and an arm.

"At least their deaths won't be meaningless. It would serve as a foundation for the new world. A new, fair universe, impartial to all". The figure in the middle continued.

"But enough of this. I want your answers now. Will you join me in reconstructing the universe or will you die here ever so pitifully ".

"Hahaha". One of the ten figures laughed out loud. "You're right. Enough of this. After all we are on the battlefield and after coming this far and with how many are dead, we can't just give up now, therefore". The figure continued and without finishing his last sentence, he took a battle stance.

"To the death it is". And with that all ten figures jumped at the middle figure who looked at them with slight annoyance in his eyes before he mouthed "You fools".

And then darkness followed.
