Immediately I saw Lance, I swirled towards the exit which was bare and at once I let out a low groan of frustration.
If I started running all of a sudden, he was going to suspect and might even come after me.
Unsure of what to do, I began to fiddle with my fingers as I bit my lower lips.
Still in this moment of uncertainty, Tiara brushed past me and almost immediately, my phone beeped.
Lance is looking around for you, don't dare look around — Tiara had sent this to me, increasing my worry.
"Mr. Allerick, you are here, so early?" Tiara's voice was so shrill that it made goosebumps appear on my skin.
"Come with me, I hope she will join us today." She said, causing me to turn around to see her steering him towards the elevator.
Without wasting time, I lunged towards the exit and within a minute, I was securely in my car.
