Khloe's POV
It felt so surreal and almost unbelievable, though I was a part of the whole proceeding.
From a box shaped warehouse to a magnificent Confectioneries N Cakes shop in the middle of the city, giving it the exposure which it needed to thrive even more.
Smiling, I began to swirl the content of my glass with my head tilted to the side.
It was the D Day of the grand opening Nevian had talked about and everything that had been planned several weeks ago was going on as scheduled.
This made my heart bubble with so much joy that I was literally walking on the air.
"I will leave now." Nevian said, wiping his forehead where beads of perspiration had gathered.
Raising my brow at him, I tried to talk but words refused to form as I suddenly felt like a child left under the cold air.
"Can't you stay until the end of the ceremony. I mean it's going to last for just an hour." I groaned, holding his shoulder.
