Synopsis

Chapter 1 - Prologue

In the depths of the chaotic universe, a magnificent palace of golden splendor floated in the void.

The palace's master was a tiny figure, almost like a mascot, currently sitting on a golden throne, bored out of his mind.

However, this seemingly mascot-like figure held the most exalted status in the world, and even in the chaos, for he was the supreme ruler of the 12 universes within this chaos—

The Omni-King!

As usual, the Omni-King was feeling quite bored today.

Two silent attendants stood expressionlessly on either side of the throne, while the Omni-King stared blankly ahead at the 12 glowing orbs slowly rotating in the void. His round little head showed no signs of what he might be thinking.

It should be noted that those glowing orbs floating in the void were not ordinary lights. Each orb represented a universe!

It's said that in the distant past, there were originally 18 universes in the chaos, and the Omni-King's palace also contained 18 such glowing orbs. However, after six universes angered the Omni-King and were destroyed, only 12 universes remained.

Though the Omni-King did not fight, his power and authority were absolute!

The palace was quite desolate, and the Omni-King thought it would be another dull day, like many others. However, as if by fate, the trajectory of the universe and chaos suddenly shifted.

Before the astonished faces of the Omni-King and his two attendants, the 12 orbs representing the 12 universes suddenly emitted a dazzling light. Then, within the circle formed by these 12 orbs, a 13th orb slowly appeared!

"Grand Priest! Grand Priest!"

After a brief silence, a look of extreme joy and excitement appeared on the Omni-King's mascot-like round face. He jumped off his throne, calling out to his steward, the Grand Priest, while hopping around the newly formed orb.

The palace had been so cold and quiet that this new orb was like a stone thrown into a still pond, finally causing a ripple in the otherwise unchanged palace, which had remained stagnant for millennia.

Leaving aside the significance of this orb's sudden appearance, just the slight change and ripple it brought was enough to make the bored Omni-King happy for quite some time.

"Lord Omni-King, what is your command?"

A figure flashed into existence, kneeling on one knee and saluting the Omni-King.

This individual was slightly shorter, but his bearing was graceful and his demeanor extraordinary. His skin was a bluish-green, his hair white and curly, and behind his head floated a faint blue halo.

He was none other than the Grand Priest, the head of the 12 universe angels and the steward of the Omni-King.

"Grand Priest, look! Look at this!"

"Huh?"

The Omni-King, like a child, bounced around excitedly, while the Grand Priest finally noticed the new orb surrounded by the 12 universe orbs. He, too, was surprised.

"This... this is a newly born universe?"

"Yes, yes! It appeared on its own! I didn't create it!"

The Omni-King, seemingly worried that the Grand Priest might misunderstand, made a point of explaining.

Unsurprisingly, the Grand Priest looked even more shocked.

This wasn't the handiwork of Lord Omni-King, but a naturally born universe!

However, as the Grand Priest looked at the newly born 13th universe, surrounded by the others, he furrowed his brow.

Compared to the other universes, this new 13th universe was much smaller and seemed somewhat illusory. However, it was slowly growing and becoming more solid.

These things didn't concern the Grand Priest too much, as the universe had just been born and needed time to evolve and grow. This phenomenon was normal. What really concerned him was the fact that only one universe had been born this time, instead of two!

It was common knowledge that to maintain balance between the world and chaos, there was always a duality—where there was positive, there was negative; where there was yin, there was yang. Universes, too, were born in pairs. Yet this time, only a single universe had appeared!

A hint of worry crept into the Grand Priest's heart. He couldn't help but wonder whether this newly born universe would bring fortune or disaster, and whether it would upset the balance of the chaotic universe.

But when his gaze shifted to the Omni-King, the Grand Priest chuckled to himself, and that momentary worry vanished.

With the omnipotent Omni-King present, there was no need to worry about such things!

"Lord Omni-King, this new universe seems rather special. How would you like to handle it?"

After calming his mind, the Grand Priest asked respectfully.

"Hmm, I think it's special too."

"Since it's the newly born 13th universe, Grand Priest, why don't you send an angel to assist its God of Destruction?"

The Omni-King pondered for a moment before speaking.

"Lord Omni-King, this universe is still in the process of growing and evolving. It seems that the ranks of the Supreme Kai and God of Destruction have yet to appear."

After examining the newly born universe, the Grand Priest reported again.

The Omni-King was a bit surprised. He squinted at the orb and realized that, indeed, no higher gods, like the Supreme Kai or the God of Destruction, had yet been born in this new universe.

"Well then, let it be. Let it grow for a while longer before we deal with it."

After thinking it over, the Omni-King finally made his decision.

"Understood, Lord Omni-King."

The Grand Priest placed a hand on his chest and respectfully saluted the Omni-King.

Although the birth of a universe should have been a significant event, to beings like the Grand Priest and the Omni-King, it wasn't a big deal.

With no further matters to attend to, the Grand Priest left the palace, and after bouncing around the new orb a few times, the Omni-King grew bored again. He returned to his throne, staring blankly into space once more.

However, neither the Omni-King nor the Grand Priest knew that this newly born universe, which they had found mildly surprising but didn't pay much attention to, would soon bring about a colossal upheaval in this world and chaos...

Chapter 1: The Tailless Saiyan

Location: Universe 13.

Year 737.

In a dimly lit training room, several "Saibamen" were surrounding a young girl with fierce, predatory stares.

The girl was small, appearing only five or six years old. She faced the encirclement of the "Saibamen" with arms crossed, her expression indifferent, as if she didn't even consider them worthy opponents.

With a roar, the "Saibamen" charged at her with lightning speed, malicious grins on their faces.

The girl's eyes flashed with disdain. She sidestepped effortlessly, easily dodging their attacks.

After several failed attempts, the "Saibamen" became furious and launched an all-out assault with enraged roars.

With a cold snort, the girl clenched her fists and let out a loud shout: "Hah!!!"

An overwhelming energy burst from her body, sending the "Saibamen" flying, crashing into the walls and floor with cries of pain.

A bloodthirsty smile appeared on her cute face as she pointed her fingers, unleashing several powerful energy blasts. Boom, boom, boom! The "Saibamen" were blown to pieces.

"What incredible power! Those 'Saibamen' were no match for her at all."

"As expected of Princess Vegeta, the genius of our Saiyan race!"

In the control room, several researchers exclaimed in awe.

"Hey, Sirus, go clean up the training room Princess Vegeta used."

Seeing Princess Vegeta walk out of the training room on the monitor, a researcher called out.

"Yes."

A boy, around five or six years old, responded quietly and walked out.

The boy was dressed in a plain uniform and had an exquisite, cute appearance, though his face showed little emotion.

Grabbing cleaning tools from the side, the boy named Sirus left the control room.

"Tch, that coward Sirus never fights back."

"That kid's smart. If he fought back, you'd have a reason to bully him."

"So what if he's smart? He's still a useless waste. His existence is a disgrace to our warrior race."

"No need to be so harsh. After all, it's thanks to trash like him that Princess Vegeta looks like such a genius."

"You're not wrong, haha..."

Listening to the mocking laughter behind him, Sirus sighed inwardly as he left the control room.

Sirus—no, his true name was Yuujin—was not a native of this world but a transmigrator!

In his previous life, Yuujin had been a dedicated Dragon Ball fan. On his 9th birthday he had a romantic encounter with Truck-Kun and, he inexplicably reincarnated into this world.

At first, he was confused, but Yuujin soon accepted the reality.

After all, he had been an orphan in his past life, with no friends or attachments. Coming to this world he loved, and even becoming part of the Saiyan warrior race, was perhaps a good thing for him!

Different races, earth-shattering powers, and the wish-granting Dragon Balls...

The thought of experiencing the wonders of this world had made Yuujin excited for several days after his rebirth.

However, reality soon gave him a harsh slap.

Not long after he was born, his parents died on a mission.

The fierce Saiyan race didn't believe in things like postpartum rest. His mother reportedly held him once after giving birth before she and his father went off to conquer another planet the very next day.

Unfortunately, their luck ran out this time. The planet they invaded was home to several powerful creatures, and their team was wiped out. Only one survivor made it back.

The Saiyans, who often conquered and sold planets for profit, sometimes faced defeat. It wasn't uncommon. They simply lacked strength and luck.

Yuujin found it ironic that he had been an orphan in both his past and present lives.

But the cold-hearted Saiyans had little regard for family or emotional ties. His mother at least held him once before leaving, while his father, despite being on Planet Vegeta at the time, didn't even care to visit him.

With parents like these, what could Yuujin say? He merely mourned them briefly.

The real blow came later. After every Saiyan is born, they undergo a warrior aptitude test. Yuujin's power level was only 5—nearly a record low for the Saiyan race!

Yuujin thought, "So what if it's 5? In the original Dragon Ball, Goku's power level was only 2, and he still became the universe's strongest! If I train hard, I can definitely get stronger too."

But unlike Goku, Yuujin's situation was even worse.

He was the first-ever tailless Saiyan!

Both of his parents were pure-blooded Saiyans, yet he was born without a tail—a key part of a Saiyan's ability to transform into a Great Ape under the Bruitz Waves and boost their power.

Yuujin was a genetic anomaly. The researchers studied him for days, hoping he might still transform without a tail, potentially marking the next stage of Saiyan evolution by eliminating their primary weakness.

Unfortunately, no matter how much they exposed him to Bruitz Waves, Yuujin couldn't transform.

The researchers deemed him a failed product in Saiyan evolution.

Typically, low-potential Saiyans were sent to low-tier planets for training. However, since Yuujin couldn't transform, he didn't even qualify for that. He was simply discarded like trash.

Though he had the mind of an adult, as a newborn, Yuujin was too weak to survive. Despite the Saiyan race's robust vitality, living in the trash heap was his limit.

Just when Yuujin thought he was about to die, a woman picked him out of the trash heap...

To be continued...

Author's Yapping: Let me clarify from the start that this book isn't the traditional "gender-bender" type. Initially, there wasn't going to be this prologue, but after some thought, I decided to add it to help some readers better understand the setup. The Dragon Ball world in this book is a parallel universe based on the original Dragon Ball, but it's not the same one. The original Dragon Ball universe still exists as Universe 7, while this book is about the newly born Universe 13. Many settings and plot points are based on the original Dragon Ball, but there are also many differences, especially since the original work had too many bugs. If I were to write a direct fanfic of the original, it would be hard to handle certain settings.

I've wanted to write something in the Dragon Ball world for a long time. In later chapters, there will be a grand collision of the 13 universes connecting with Dragon Ball Super! Which is stronger, Super Saiyan 4 or Super Saiyan Blue? What sparks will fly when Goku meets Goku (female version) or Vegeta meets Vegeta (female version)?

Everything will be in this book, so stay tuned!
