Ten days later,
Sam bought the publishing company ten days ago, and tomorrow, December 23rd, is the release date for his work "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone."
Sam noticed Philip and Alex Reeves (from SMD) strolling together to his office.
Both of them sit opposite Sam, who signals for them to start speaking since they will not come here to meet him needlessly.
Alex gathered all of his thoughts and stated, "The new software that Thomas had promised to make is ready to be used, and we have also practiced that software while making the outsourcing logos for other studios."
Sam was overjoyed to hear this news since he was waiting for the SMD to create this software so that he might produce specialized, huge production movies around the globe.
Philip also agreed and continued, "I've seen the software in operation for two days, and it's fantastic."
As Alex goes on, "But this is just the beginning; next we will need more budget to hire more employees and to increase more computers and the accessories for software rendering."
Sam looked at Philip and asked, "So, have you evaluated the next phase of the funding required for the following development?"
Philip clears his throat and passes Sam the evaluation team's report on the investment, and Philip replies while Sam reads the report: "The first stage of investment in the SMD is successful, and the new software has also shown good results, so in the report, it primarily involves about an investment of $20 million for the purchase of the custom-made computers for high-resolution images and videos."
Sam responded with a nod: "Okay then, you should submit this report to the financial department, and I'll inform them about handing over the money while you talk to the HR department for the recruitment of the computer experts."
Philip agreed and departed after receiving more directions from Sam; however, Alex lingered because Sam did not give him an order to leave.
Sam then advised Alex to get ready to make the first 3D animated film, which will be different from Mango Studios' 2D animation, while briefly explaining the plot of Toy Story.
Yes, Sam made the decision to create a 3D animation movie after hearing from Alex that the software was ready for the new project.
After listening to Sam's explanation of the plot of the new movie Toy Story, Alex left, as Sam will provide the whole script for the movie within a week.
Sam looked at Alex, who was leaving, and spoke with Claire to discuss the decisions made about SMD's next stage investment, as well as the production of SMD's first 3D movie.
Sam always asks Claire to document his decisions for future reference.
Sam then called Billy Myer to inquire about the preparations for the publishing of his debut novel, 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone', tomorrow.
Billy indicated on the phone that everything is ready for the release since they already printed 100,000 (hundred thousand) copies and have a backup of at least double the amount in the warehouse.
If it were a normal debut author's book, only 10,000 (ten thousand) books would be printed, but Sam, as the owner of his own publishing business, can choose how many printed books he wants.
Billy Myer and his previous team continue to run the Western-Myer publishing firm, with Sam simply changing the top people in the financial and human resources departments.
Sam dislikes excessive changes in everything under his control. And Sam understands that Billy is an excellent candidate for the role of chairman and general manager of his publishing business because he has extensive expertise in the publishing industry.
After hanging off the phone with Billy, Sam looked out the window and realized it was about to be evening in an hour, so he left the studios and will go home to draft the script for the film Toy Story.
Pedro was waiting for him in the car as he approached the studio doors, as Sam had previously instructed him to do so.
Inside the vehicle, Sam inquired, "How do Aunty and Jessica adjust to the new house?"
Pedro grinned and said while driving, "It's perfect; both of them enjoy the large and spacious villa you've rented for us."
As they headed home, Sam nodded and chatted briefly with Pedro, and with Arter returning, Sam entered his study area following a refreshing shower and a light dinner.
Sitting comfortably on the recliner, Sam looked through his system store and purchased Toy Story script part 1 for 500,000 points.
After assimilating the memory of the movie script, Sam looked at his system panel to see the remaining points in the balance.
