"What do you mean by you want to make me a deal?" Valentina said
"You just said yourself that we do not have good soldiers and our home is very easy to access,so we want you to teach our men how to properly use a gun and also to make sure our home is not easily accessed" I said.
I could literally see the wheels turning in her head.
"What do I get in return for teaching your men?" She asked
This lady surprises me every single time,does she really think she is in the position to ask for anything in return?
"Are you seriously asking that? Do you think you have a choice?" Angel yelled
I could literally see the fear in her eyes even though she is trying to hide it.
"We will keep your sister safe and you alive,I guess that is enough for you to comply with us" I said calmly.
" I need your word that nothing will happen to my sister and you will really keep her safe" she said with so much hope in her eyes.
" You have our words as long as you do not betray us" I told her.
"Where do we start from?" She asked
" Well you are the expert here so tell us what you think" said Diego
" Firstly you need to change some of your soldiers because they are old and weak" she said
That's true though because some of them have been working with my father before I was even born.
" You should also install a camera in some places in this house. Can I please get a clear map of this property?" She asked
"Angel get the map" I said to Angel
He got the map and placed it on the table and I watched her pin point some places in the west and east wing that needs to be secured.
" Have someone come set this up and also set up an interview for people who would want to be a part of this family"she said
Family? That is what the mafia is all about and I am glad she understands that.
"It wouldn't be a problem getting people to apply for the job" Angel said.
"That's good.For the Time being I will access the people that needs to be dropped" she said
"How do you plan on doing that?" I asked her.
"What time do they usually train?" She asked
I and my brothers exchanged glances before Diego said
" They do not train and their is no training time "
She looked at us in disbelief and said
"What do you mean by they don't train? Why are you guys so relaxed about your safety? What if a war breaks out how are you guys going to fight if your soldiers are no training?"
She was just scolding us like we were kids.
"We can protect ourselves " Diego said
"Yeah i can see that " she said rolling her eyes.
"Okay there is no need to scold us like we are kids" I said
"From now on there will be training time from 9 am to 4pm" she said
"What?" We all screamed
"Is that time not too long for training and wouldn't it make them tired?" I asked
" The time is very much okay and you guys are also going to be training with them" she said
"No no I cannot train for that long" Diego said
" Me too" Angel seconded
They all stared at me to say something and possibly support them.
"Valentina I know this is your job but i also cannot train for that long" I said
"You guys don't have a choice.Get ready we start tomorrow at 9am and don't be late" she said and walked off.
"Wow did she just order us?" Diego asked
"I guess she just did and she sounds like our mother" Angel said
"Well she sounded and looked so hot " i muttered
" So all this time you were checking her out? I wonder if you heard anything she said " Diego said shaking his head
" I won't lie she is actually so hot" Angel said
How dare this rascal check out my woman?.
Did i just say my woman? I guess I am out of my mind.
"Angel you shouldn't use such words when referring to her ever again " I said
" I guess someone is already been protective of her" Angel said walking off
Diego looked at me and said" you know you shouldn't be falling for her right?"
" I am not falling for anybody,I am just teaching him to respect women" I said
" Tell that to someone who doesn't know you" he said
"What do you think about her plan?" I asked changing the topic.
" I won't lie it is a good idea but I still don't trust her " he said
" I understand but lets just give her a chance " I replied
" I am so sure you trust her already but I am still going to warn you to be careful around her and don't let love or whatever you are feeling get into your head" he said
I am sure I don't love her but I still cannot understand what I feel for her.
" I hear you bro. You know I wouldn't make such a mistake " I replied.
" We both know what such feelings can do to someone but I trust you " he said tapping on my shoulder.
" Is there any news on Carlos?" I asked
We are trying to find Carlos because he is the only one who can give us evidence to bring down the Fiorettis family.
" We are still trying bro he seems to have disappeared into the air. Nobody have seen or heard from him" he said
" The man sure knows how to hide himself,i give him that" i said
"We actually got information about him having a family in New York City but we are not so sure" Diego said
" Well then I guess nothing really hides under the sun" I replied
This piece of information would go a long way in finding him.
