A few minutes had passed as the carriage arranged by the lord of Sandspear moved slowly along a path flanked by towering mountains on either side. The jagged, rocky peaks loomed like giant monsters, casting deep shadows over their journey.

Pipo glared at the king, while Mirabella, with her clenched teeth, looked out the window, ignoring the burning gaze fixed on the side of her face. Eros, leaning against the carriage wall with one leg crossed over the other, observed the angry sparrow intently.

He couldn't help the small smile that appeared on his lips. The strong Windspear gusts swept her maroon, sunset-hued hair across her face, and she repeatedly tucked it behind her ears. Her gaze remained fixed on the mountains passing by outside the window.

"Mirabella, are you uncomfortable in the carriage?" Kael asked, noticing her grim expression.

Hearing the young prince's concern, Mirabella turned to meet his gaze.
