Chapter 5 - Medicine recipe

Xin was wheezing and panting. He did not went to class after the incident. Sir Ken was also sad at the moment. Also sir Kiyoshi was saddened by this truth. He has no class that means he was doomed. His future was in dire straights.

He might have a breakdown if he would put it to heart. Even the bravest and steel hearted persons would get depressed with such traumatic conditions. Kiyoshi visited but he did not let him in. He only put some food by his doorway and then left. "I will come back when you are okay. I must leave now. Rest well."

He was disheartened but he understood his part, Kiyoshi was just concerned but Xin needed time for himself. The process of healing was still a hard one. And so he rested and cried for days.

But someone told him about a book that could make him get a class. And so he stole the book from the library and then he read it.

But still, he wanted to become a great martial artist. And so, he would nonetheless practice. All the knowledge of his past life and theories would be in practice and in application.

He was a martial artist as for now but he has to solve his asthmatic condition. Or else he would be in dire straights. Also, the past Xin or the original Xin was weak in martial arts, making it a problem. So entering the newbie exams with his current self would be in dire straights.

The problem was he was a weakling in his physique. He had an asthma disease that he needed to cure of. He knew the cure for his disease and it was the cure disease potion in which was not yet invented in this time. The recipe was known up in late 1500 A.D. and was too late when a great disease has infected.

He went to the forest nearby and then put his back with a basket. All for collecting the herbs that he intended to use for his prototype experiment. He went to enter the forest and he could feel the temperature drop by several degrees. He immediately went to scan the surroundings and then found several familiar herbs. Though he did not find the one that he wanted to have.

Several ones of them were for diabetics and diarrheas and so he harvested them. Still, some were for poisons and paralysis and were not intended for his experiment. He did not picked the ones that were poisonous and so he went moving on.

With an hour, he saw what he wanted to find and it was the Zenia grass. The cure disease potion needed it and was mixed with magical water that was fused with mana. As well as the Blood herbs, Essence herbs, and, Energy herbs.

He went home and brewed it with a small mixing ingredient called bitter grass. Bitter grass intensifies the effect of the main ingredient and it would be mixing all the ingredients with great balance. He mixed them and finalized the product.

He immediately put it in the glass vial that he secured and drank the excess. After drinking, he immediately felt cured of the disease. With it, he felt that the air was cleaner and he breathed deep. It was refreshing, now that he has a recovered physique and albeit weak, he could feel the difference. It was far better than his panting self.

He immediately went to the alchemist halls and then saw the grand halls. The gate was grandiose but it was silent. It was a desolate place with few numbers of alchemy students.

He immediately went to ask the apprentice, "I want to give something to the alchemy master." He handed down a paper and gave recipes to him."

With that he immediately left, "Wait, what is your name?" Shouted the apprentice.

With it, he secretly gave the recipe to the alchemy master's apprentice. The alchemist master was busy so he did not mind it and went home.

Inside the brewing halls, the alchemist master was busy brewing a pill. His apprentice suddenly barged into the room and he was given with a paper.

"Master, master! I got good news!" Told the apprentice.

"Can't you tell that I am busy?" He said to him.

"Master! A healing potion and cure disease potion! Also mana and stamina potion!" He shouted. Excitement shown on his face.

"What? Give me that, I will verify them myself." He said to him and then immediately created the potions.

"Hmm, Zestia grass, Bitter grass, hmm, interesting!" He immediately brewed them and put them on his brewing pot. He immediately fused his mana and then the pot glowed with a yellowish light that was burning the contents within. And after many times of brewing, he was shocked. "It was all real!" He muttered after testing all them.

"Blood herbs are for the health potion, Essence herb for mana, and, energy herbs for the stamina. I didn't know this in the past. Find the master who gave me this recipe, now!" He shouted to his apprentice.

With that, he went running in finding who that was. The alchemy master was in his thoughts. He needed to thank that master who shared his alchemy knowledge to him. He would be a hero that would lessen the death toll of adventurers.

Plus with this potions, they would greatly enhance the awakeners. The availability of the ingredients were also high and they were easy to find.

Xin immediately went breathing deep and was watching from his dorm's veranda. "Ah, the knowledge from the future indeed was useful. I will also make use of the Martial arts techniques that I learned."

He also has numerous techniques that were also not yet created in this time. That would be a great idea to teach them to this generation. Though he wanted to start them with his friends first. Not to the traitors and only to the loyal friends.
