Chapter 10 - Nightmare

[Genocidal Child]: How is everyone doing at the moment.

[OEBLE(I shortened his name)]:I don't know…

[Bone Daddy]:A very truthful question, i am quite not sure what i should be doing at the moment, i am being misunderstood a lot of times here.

[Jealous Witch]:Still Sealed…

[Homu Homu]:…Depressed.

[Genocidal Child]:huh well not what i was looking for…but i am just typing to see if anyone has checked the mission board yet.

[Homu Homu]: I didn't have the time for that, and plus we just got back to our worlds some hours ago.

[OEBLE]: I had work to do, running an organization is sometimes stressful.

[Jealous Witch]:…Still sealed, well my body is i guess.

[Genocidal Child]: Forget about that, have you guys checked the group functions yet.

[Ding?! as the group members are incompetent, the chat will explain the features of the group]

[Store]: It is a shop where you buy skills,Weapons, pets, and other common or godly items all over the multiverse.

[Gacha]: This is a gambling game where you could obtain good or bad items, Sometimes even the personal items of the members…i wasn't the one to decide that. it has no ranking system, items are random, you can use the gacha for 100 points.

[Livestream]: It allows the members to send real time videos of them in their own world.

[Points]: A point system that can be earned through completing missions.

[Donation]:A system where 1% of the points earned by members will be invested in the upgrade of the chatgroup

[Private Chat]: A private system where individual group members can talk with one another privately.

[Family]:If the group members accidentally start a family or get married to one another they WILL take responsibility no matter what.

[Genocidal Child]:...ok so what was the need for the last one for exactly.

[Do you want a demonstration, Extracting the genes of Cha-]

[Genocidal Child]:Yeah imma cut you off right there, no thanks.

[OEBLE]:You almost became Genocidal father hahahaha.

[Genocidal Child]:Says the one who doesn't get any game, i bet the skeleton has more women in his life than yours.

[Bone Daddy]: I'd rather be called a lich but he is right I do have some strange women in my life, is that why my nickname here is Bone Daddy.

[Homu Homu]:...goodbye I have something important to do.

Well looks like she got uncomfortable, I would to but it sees unnecessary I chatted more with the group chat, i went back home in a flash and saw the judgment avatar was still there, again i should probably name it.

it's appearance changed a bit, but it still looked the same. "so are you done with the task I gave you"

"objective completed, what is my next mission" it answered with a hint of emotion in its voice, I had nothing else for it to do.

"oh ok you can go into one of the guest rooms and rest but if you want to do something else you can" I said and he went to the guest rooms.

I don't think i should make any more avatars until a certain amount of time passes, for now i shall take a nap.

After a long while i finally woke up, but then i found myself in a dark landscape, i looked down to see a patch of yellow flowers under me.

*YOU ARE FILLED WITH CONFUSION*

Also this black screen is now in front of me, i somehow grabbed it and then threw it. "Am i in Undertale?"

It was actually strange to arrive in undertale the moment i decided to sleep…is this a way for my soul to cope after i tore it apart. I didn't ponder on it for very long, so i decided to walk and walked until i saw a patch of grass and a yellow flower that was slowly withering away, i bent down and then touched it and the next moment it dissipated into dust particles.

"That was definitely Flowey" I said slightly unnerved, am i in a dream/Nightmare dimension because it seems like something was here and dragged this world here.

I continued walking and found myself in the ruins, everything was eerily silent as if the monsters here weren't really here.

The silence was unsettling, the kind that made even my determined footsteps sound too loud. The ruins stretched before me, familiar yet alien, like an echo of something I remembered but couldn't place. It was empty—too empty. The monsters that should have been here weren't present, and the eerie stillness made my skin crawl.

I stopped in the middle of a hallway, glancing at the faded purple walls. Cracks lined the surface, as though this world had been abandoned for centuries. But something about it didn't feel entirely lifeless. It felt… watched.

"Flowey, if this is one of your games, I'm not amused," I muttered, my voice cutting through the void like a knife. No response. Not that I expected one.

I walked further, reaching the familiar sight of the first SAVE point in the ruins. The glowing light of the star flickered weakly, barely stable.

*THE SHIMMERING LIGHT FILLS YOU WITH UNEASE*.

I reached out to touch it, expecting the usual menu to pop up, but instead, the light dimmed and disappeared entirely. My heart sank. Something was very wrong here.

"What the hell?" I whispered, turning my head sharply as the faint sound of footsteps echoed from deeper in the ruins. It wasn't the soft shuffle of a monster or even the erratic hopping of a Froggit. These footsteps were deliberate, steady, and… familiar.

I took a step forward, gripping my DT knife instinctively. My body felt lighter here, like I had more control over my soul and its energy, but the unease persisted. The footsteps stopped as I approached the large central room of the ruins, the one where Toriel would normally wait.

But Toriel wasn't there.

Instead, a shadowy figure stood in the middle of the room. Their outline was blurry, almost as if they were phasing in and out of existence. Yet, even through the haze, I recognized them.

It was me.

No, not exactly me. This version of me radiated an aura of pure malevolence, their eyes glowing a menacing crimson. Their expression was twisted into a grin so wide it didn't even look human anymore.

"Welcome home, Chara," the figure said, their voice dripping with mockery. It was layered, as if several voices spoke in unison.

"And who might you be?" i asked curiously.

"Ofcourse i am CHARA, not a fraud like you, but it seems you have taken my place Chara, so shall we speak" They said the smile returning to normal but the darkness on their face was still present.

I crossed my arms. "About what?"

"ofcourse it's about a spider infestation"

"…What?"
