Chapter 11 - Chapter 10 The scientific research spaceship

The plot of Venom was about to happen.

And David knew that the best suit he could get his hands on currently was the symbiotes.

Jarvis's voice came through the earphones instructing him about the direction, causing David to adjust mid flight and fly.

He accelerated again, reaching five times the speed of sound, tearing a huge ravine directly over the sea he was flying.

Very quickly he arrived over some jungle island where the research rocket was projected to crash according to data collected from the Life Foundation by Jarvis.

Arriving over the islands, David used his super vision as he began to scan the sky.

Jarvis was working quickly to find out where exactly the rocket was.

At this time David's ears perked up as the sounds of a control station responsible for maintaining contact with the rocket was filled with panicked voices.

"Dr. Drake there is a problem with the spacecraft, no one has responded!"

"It's speeds seems like it will not be slowing down we should expect a crash landing, the subjects within would be lost" A voice reported to Carlton Drake.

"Don't let anyone get in contact with the rocket I need to be the first to make contact" Carlton ordered before cutting communications.

A few of the people within the command center were still trying to get in contact with the people within the rocket while others had given up hope.

At this time a person in charge of looking out for the location of landing with a telescope suddenly saw a man flying.

"Guys is that a man flying?" The man was confused as he muttered to the colleagues working on the computer next to him who were either distraught or hopeless at the tragedy that was about to occur in front of them.

The man who had been secretly in contact with Carlton quickly paid attention to what the man in lookout said.

the lookout shared what the telescope showed at around 3,000 km onto a computer screen.

Word quickly spread, and soon many other engineers began approaching the screen to get a look at this flying man.

Some of them recognized David from the news.

At this moment, David was informed of the location by Jarvis, it had entered the outer atmosphere, 10,000 km up in the sky.

Even if David were to fly at full speed, it would take him over an hour and a half to reach that high and stop it.

He would however be able to meet it mid way, however, David was not too worried.

He rushed straight into the sky at speeds easily smashing the sound barrier, the shockwaves he sent was visible to the naked eye.

The sound of explosions as David broke through the barriers was loud.

But he was far away from any people so it would not affect them like it had the last time.

The rocket was very quickly approaching the ground, it entered at an altitude of 10,000 km.

David did not have to speeds to stop the rocket that high so he could only meet it at 5,000 km in the air.

When David realised the altitude he was currently at, his mind ran some rough estimates, he stopped moving towards the rocket, he hovered there as the rocket approached.

The front of it was like red-hot magma at this point.

Taking a deep breath in he blew out with all his might.

The winds at that altitude immediately turning into ice.

David formed a large Iceberg infront of him, the best he could do was 5 kilometers before the rocket impacted the iceberg.

The sheer heat on the front and speed it was moving dug a hole through the ice, like a unstoppable drill.

David watched as it drilled through the ice.

He knew this wouldn't be enough for him to stop this rocket, it had too much momentum.

He was using the ice to cool its body and lower it's momentum.

He stood in front of the large iceberg, the rocket drilling through as it reached the end, and the front smashed into David, who had his arms wide open ready to receive the rocket.

Immediately David began getting pushed back.

The force was so much that David felt his ribs crack a little.

After the initial impact however David stabilised himself and began to push back against the rockets momentum.

The distance between him and the ground quickly began approaching closer.

The speed the rocket was falling had also drastically slowed down.

Almost to the point that David could strong arm it without risking destroying everything within it.

Flexing his muscles he did a final push as the rocket stopped moving.

David was there in the sky, at 3,000 km holding the front of the rocket with his arms like it was nothing.

He glanced around for a few seconds before he decided to land many kilometers away from the control center.

He moved away and when David felt that he was far enough, he dropped the ship onto the ground.

Floating in front of the rocket that looked completely banged up and barely holding on.

David reached the door and ripped it open and stepped inside, the scene was tragic.

David closed his eyes for a few seconds and finally let out a sigh.

The Symbiotes.

He thought.

Opening a door within the rocket, David arrived at a lab, there were multiple layers of glass and behind these layers were four symbiotes.

Currently, in the outside world a sense of Havoc had ensued within Shield, Life Foundation.

Carlton Drake was monitoring there scientific research spaceship bringing back precious cargo while Shield was monitoring David, who left Tony Stark's Mansion.

Both of them including Tony Stark witnessed Davids display of strength.
