Berry shivered, feeling the chill. She looked at Lily and softly tapped her, gesturing for her to look at Grant.
Lily raised her head and glanced at Grant, who was standing at the entrance with folded arms. His gaze slowly drifted away from Berry and fixed on the cats in Lily's embrace.
The cats in Lily's arms shivered and, like a gust of wind, they immediately fled from her and hid in their mother's arms.
Lily's mouth twitched. "Really, this guy's jealousy is even worse than Liam's," she thought. "Grant," she called.
Hearing Lily's call, the cold air surrounding Grant vanished immediately, replaced by warmth. He moved closer to Lily and lifted her effortlessly. "She has given birth already; let's go back home," he proclaimed.
Lily smiled. "I want to stay here for a little longer," she replied.
"Liam and the others are already outside, waiting for you," Grant interrupted Lily's words.
