"What!" It was as if lightning just strike Lily; her face drained of color and her body felt cold instantly, her legs become weak.

Inside an old-looking cave, it was so dark that it was difficult to see anything inside.
"Angel, don't go inside," Malik cautioned, holding Lily's hand tightly.
Lily shot him a determined look before gazing at the cave entrance. "Liam, I need something to light the cave up," she requested.
"Are you really going in there? You might change your mind about wanting him as your mate again if you see him. Maybe he left you because he's afraid of a end like this," Liam remarked, concern evident in his voice.
"No matter what he looks like now, I need to meet him," Lily replied with unwavering resolve.
Liam fell silent and transformed into his fox form, gesturing for Lily to climb on his back.
Without hesitation, Lily hopped onto Liam's back, and he stepped into the cave, with Malik following closely behind.
As they entered, Liam's tails danced gracefully, emitting a bright light that illuminated the cave. They ventured deeper until they spotted a massive snake coiled on a pedestal. Its eyes were barely open, and its body appeared ancient and frail, surrounded by smaller snakes that seemed to be feeding off it.
"Angus!" Lily's heart broke at the sight of Angus's miserable state. She quickly dismounted from Liam's back, intending to rush to him, but Malik held her back.
"Let me go!" Lily shouted, tears streaming down her cheeks. She felt a surge of despair: "Angus!" she screamed again.
Hearing the familiar voice, Angus forced his eyes open and stared at Lily. For a moment, his eyes lit up with excitement, but then reality hit him, and he hurriedly gathered his remaining energy to flee.
"Angus, don't go!" Lily shouted, managing to free herself from Malik's grip. Without a second thought, she sprinted after him immediately.
"Be careful, beauty!" Liam cried out in panic, but before his warning could settle in the air, Lily tripped and fell.
Angus, who was fleeing, sensed that Lily was in danger. He disregarded everything else, blew away the little snakes on his body, and rushed towards Lily at an undisclosed high speed.
Before Lily could fall, he wrapped his tail around her to protect her. However, he hit his head against the hard rock, and they both rolled until they fell into an abyss.

"I can't… I can't see those dots that symbolize your strength. Tell…" Lily coughed once before she could finish her statement. "Tell me how to treat you, Angus. Tell me how to get them back for you," she concluded, her voice becoming hoarse, her breath heating up, her flushed face enhancing her beauty.
Noticing the change in Lily, Angus sensed that something was amiss and looked around. Only then did he realize where they were. "How did we end up in this heat palace?" he gritted his teeth and struggled to stand up, but he was just too weak. "Angel, leave this place immediately. I am fine here alone," he urged in a panic.
"What... what's going on?" Lily's senses were getting blurry, and she couldn't hear a word. Her body was extremely hot, and her breath came in gasps. "Angus... Angus," Lily murmured seductively.
"Angel, wake up! Leave here immediately!" Angus's voice turned frantic.
Lily was completely out of it and suddenly leaned in to kiss Angus.
Angus was shocked; his eyes widened, but he pulled away with the little strength he had. "I don't want to hurt you. Please leave; you will feel much better once you are out of here," he pleaded.
