Gerilla laughed loudly. "Green Peacock tribe, Blue Peacock tribe, Yellow Peacock tribe, and Black Peacock tribe—aren't we all one? We share the same features; why make it sound different?" She chuckled.
"There's a difference! A big difference! If you don't get out of here, I will make you regret your existence!" Yanny threatened.
Gerilla chuckled. "Shhhh... don't shout; you will attract many people. Once they know that you killed all your mates just in a day, do you still think any more males will want you, even if you propose to them yourself?" She smiled.
Yanny remained silent, her heart beating faster.
Gerilla sighed and walked behind Yanny, placing her arm around her neck and whispering, "Don't you want that new male of the ugly female?" A sweet smile appeared on her lips.
Yanny's eyes widened. "How do you know?" she questioned.
"How I know is not what you should be troubled about. There's nothing going on in your tribe that I'm not aware of," Gerilla replied with a low chuckle and moved away from Yanny. "I, with my powers, can get you the male, but I need you to help me approach someone," she proposed, her eyes growing cold.
Yanny raised her brows. "Who?"
A cold smile appeared on Gerilla's face. "That beautiful female!" she replied.
"What are you up to?" Yanny's guard went up immediately as she looked at Gerilla with murderous intent.
Gerilla turned back and stared into Yanny's eyes. "I'm completely up to good; I mean no harm," an innocent expression appeared on her face. "Actually, she... we share some connections," she explained.
Yanny raised her brows suspiciously. "As far as I'm concerned, she only has one sister, and that sister is the ugliest female I can't even imagine. You are not her, so tell me, what connection are you talking about?" she inquired.
Gerilla's gaze darkened for just a brief moment that Yanny failed to detect. "The two sisters were once my best friends. One day, I was traveling alone on the road and came across a heavenly treasure. When I examined what the treasure was with my special ability, I discovered that it could actually turn a female into peerless beauty," she explained.
Yanny's eyes widened in shock.
Gerilla sighed. "Out of pure heart, I rushed back home to show my friends, the two sisters. Upon knowing what the treasure could do, they plotted to execute me and take the treasure for themselves." She turned her back to Yanny, and a cold smile appeared on her face. "Though their plan to kill me failed, they didn't know that I am still alive. The sisters took my treasure away, and that beautiful female became beautiful because... she consumed the treasure all by herself," she added.
Yanny covered her mouth. "No wonder why she always avoids the topic of her beauty's secret! It turns out this is her scheme!" she murmured.
Gerilla sighed sadly. "I know there's no way to get the treasure back since she has already used it, but I want her back. I don't want to be alone anymore; we have been friends for years. I've forgiven them for what they did. I don't want to approach them myself because I don't want them to be shocked to see me. That's why I need your help," she turned back to face Yanny.
"You are..." Yanny hesitated for a short moment. "You still want to be friends with those sisters? How soft-hearted you are! Shouldn't you raise war against them?" she declared.
"I just want us to continue our friendship, that's all," Gerilla replied.
Yanny remained silent and thought for a long time. "You want both of the sisters?" she questioned.
Gerilla nodded. "But for now, you should get the beautiful female for me first. If I can talk to her, she will talk to her sister, and in this way, we can continue our friendship," she stated.
Yanny nodded. "Alright, I will do that for you. But you mentioned you could get me the ugly female's male. You just explained that the three of you are best friends. How can you help me with that?" she queried with furrowed brows.
Gerilla remained silent for a long time. "The male hasn't become her mate yet; she won't feel bad about it. Besides, she already has powerful males around her; she won't care about him," she replied.
"That's not right," Yanny's brows knitted together.
Gerilla gritted her teeth and clenched her fists. "Can't you just accept that? I'm sick of this already!" she screamed inwardly.
"My mates, before they all died, praised her tenderness and care toward their Mates. It's not possible that she won't be protective over him too. That male almost killed me for her, and I could feel the bond between them," she remarked, looking at Gerilla suspiciously.
Gerilla's anger was now reaching a boiling point. "If all tribe chiefs are as knowledgeable as you," she thought, "I would never have any male's blood to change my skin. But anyway, no matter how knowledgeable you are, you are my puppet now. There's no turning back. Since you were too suspicious, I will just use the second method."
Seeing Gerilla remain silent, Yanny furrowed her brows even more. "Could it be that I was deceived? Were my mates also deceived?" She bit her lower lip.
Gerilla paused and raised her brows. "Ah, must you divert my thinking here and there?" she lamented inwardly.
"This hypocrite deceived my mates, making them believe she has a pure heart. I am almost bewitched by her too. She killed my mates; she's responsible for their deaths. I will surely settle this," Yanny murmured, looking at Gerilla. "You get me the male, and I will arrange to get you the beautiful female, but... that ugly female will still be here. After all, she's our guest," her eyes darkening.
A cold smile crept across Gerilla's face, but she quickly dismissed it, taking out a well-wrapped leaf from her pocket and handing it to Yanny. "I'm worried about you. The beautiful female is very stubborn and might even want to hurt you once she knows that you're aware. If things turn against you, just blow it into the air, and you will be safe," she promised with a smile on her face.
Yanny examined the wrapped leaf and accepted it. "I understand," she replied. "Just you wait, ugly female. Not only will I steal that male, but I will also make sure you regret living!" The thought lingered in her mind, her eyes growing cold.
