This is the introduction to the life of one of the most powerful sages in magic entirely, Aethon Kaelin, former member of the Order of the Vieled, The greatest Magic society of his realm, and currently a mage delivery man in the town of Elum, since leaving the Order, Aethon hasn't really found a place better to use his Sage magic than in the delivery system, Of course he was highly respected as Sages have a say over Mages in his realm. While Mages could only learn one Essence Art, the system for qualifying magic in his realm, Sages were heavenly blessed to be able to acquire two Essence Arts.

Kaelin, on a way to deliver a scroll to the library derived from the archive of the New Order, the elders of Elum. On arrival he was welcomed as a trustworthy customer at the town's library, Lest I add, the scroll was not given to him, Kaelin was actually an underground merchant selling important artefacts from the elders. However Kaelin's life was about to change when he met the library attendant, Arin Vexar, an old Mage friend of his from the Order, Vexar has been helping Kaelin gain information on something he's been leading on for the past seven years, The Orb of Eternity. Back from his expedition, Vexar attained a scroll that could only be opened by a Sage as it contains hidden text about the orb. The trade was settled an Kaelin secretly ventured out of the library into his secluded cabin on the mountains of Elum.

Kaelin contemplated reading the text as he hadn't been ready to control his long abandoned quest just after a new lead came up, "will I really be happy with this?" he questioned himself repeatedly.

Aethon was born in the mystical realm of Tenaria, where magic and technology coexisted. His early life was marked by tragedy: Aethon's parents, renowned mages, were killed during a catastrophic event known as the "Great Cataclysm." This event ravaged the realm, causing widespread destruction and destabilizing the balance of magic. Left alone, Aethon was taken in by the mysterious Sage Council, an organization dedicated to understanding and mastering magic. Under the Council's guidance, Aethon demonstrated exceptional magical prowess, particularly in Conjuration and Elemental magic. He became determined to uncover the truth behind his parents' deaths and the Great Cataclysm, Apparently he gave up on finding clues seven years ago, but now the determination kicked in again.

He finally opened the text which initially blank began to unfold texts saying;

"The Orb of Eternity, a key

To realms unseen, and secrets free

A keystone holding balance true

Between dimensions, anew

Through rifts and portals, He shall stride

Consuming all, with darkness inside

Tenaria's fate, in fragile scale

As Zha'thik's power, begins to prevail"

"A sage, with heart and will of fire

Must wield the Orb, to balance desire

Conjuration and elemental might

To stand against, the Devourer's night

Choose wisely, mortal, thy path

Lest realms collapse, in endless wrath"

"it's all in riddles" Kaelin angrily threw the scroll down then looked again and a new text formed beneath

"Beware, the devourers eyes are on you...."
