the light from the sun shun directly to my room.it was morning and most importantly a day before my birthday .I was very happy.i could formally become a werewolf. I will be turning eighteen tomorrow. I couldn't wait to see my wolf, I wanted to know how it looks and how it feels to shift for the first time.Although the joy would have been complete if my parents was alive .they would have witnessed their younger daughter shift for the first time.
if only the vampires were not too greedy for power. since the new leader of vampire called" Namor" became the new leader of the vampire he was headbent in making every supernatural being ( the wolves and the bear shifters) fall to his feet,including the human realm.
Namor had attacked many packs, but that very day,him and his Army attacked our pack; the deep water pack .our pack was the strongest .since my parents was the head of the Gamma they lost their lives together with some other legends saving the pack from Namors Army.my sister Nikka and I survived from the incident twelve years ago.
Nikka was a great Gamma, she was very strong that everybody in the pack envied her. she could take down five wolves at a time.Nikka protected me from bullies due to the fact I was her opposite in strength.
Although Nikka protected me from bullies but I had to train hard.i knew one day she won't be around to save me all the time.i was still in the transitional class in the training school.
the transitional class is the level where the wolves gets to know how to shift from the human form to wolves.After their first shift , the wolf gets to pass the transitional class and move over to the training according to their rank or tribe in the wolf pack.
I would be getting my first shift tomorrow anyways so I am a bit close in passing the level .the most thing that made me happy about tomorrow is that I get to meet my wolf.it is said that when a wolf shifts , it gets to meet his mate.i have waited soo long to meet my mate when I was sixteen,then I thought I could get my first shift since my sister got hers at that age.i was disappointed because I didn't shift.
Even though wolves meet their mate when their shift,it was not so with everybody. some doesn't get to meet their mate and this maybe due to the fact that the mate was not at the scene of the shift or the mate had not shifted yet.
this was so with Nikka and some others like our soon to be Alpha Edward denovèr.
yeah he's the soon to be Alpha because the current Alpha Griot of the deep water pack would be handing over to his son in few days time.

I took my shower , dressed up in a brown hoodie and a tight skinny jean. I packed my hair in a ponytail style,arranged my bag ,put in some books to joke down notes for today's training. I looked at myself in the mirror to know whether the clothes fit me well, I mean i am turning eighteen tomorrow I need yo start checking my outfits.i took my blue bag and rushed downstairs to go take Mt breakfast.
when I came downstairs I saw my sister serving the dishes on the dinning, it was scrambled eggs, a piece of bread and some coffee.
Good morning nikka, I said softly heading to the dinning chairs to sit down.
" morning , stacy, Nikka said patting my head like a pet .. I hope you slept well? she added.
yes , I did, and you.
" why wouldn't I, can't you see am fit this morning, she said showing me her biceps.
yh, I knew she was strong but her figure was never masculine.in fact she is curvy and as well,fair ,tall and pretty. we actually look alike a bit, but rumors say that am more prettier than her.
" soo, how do you feel about your birthday tomorrow?she said as she sat in the dining to eat with me.
am so excited, I can get to meet my wolf, I managed to say with a mouthful of food.
" ok , that's okay don't talk why eating,... you need to hurry up so you don't get late for class.
am already done ,I will be on my way , I said.i took my schooland headed for the door.
" bye stacy, she said as she waved at me.
I waved back and responded " byeee....
when I arrived at school, I walked straight to the transitional class .I was a little bit late the session has already started.i sneaked in to the class ,but as usual I was noticed by " shuri" . shuri was my best and only friend .I guess she was the one who wants to befriend a weakling like me.
shuri is a Gamma also and her parents was alive as well.she was their only child so they took care of her.
" hey girl, you are late, she managed to move her lips bur not face. she didn't want the professor to notice.
I know, maybe I was delayed with the excitement about tomorrow.i said.
" and tomorrow is the reason you need to be serious with this class . she paused a bit and continued. Anyways we're are we going once this class ends because I am sick of this man's lecture.
Hahaha, I laughed softly, aren't you the one being so serious right now. I don't need distraction mam.....I teased.
the lesson ended in few minutes after I came in.
shuri and I went to the canteen to grab some food after the lesson session
" so girl, have you chosen the clothesbyou would be wearing tomorrow shuri asked me,placing her tray on the desk
I haven't chosen one yet, maybe you could help me choose later.
" I don't think so, I will be busy writing the professor's Assignment...After all you did be leaving the class after transformation tomorrow.
shuri showed a feeling of disappointment and sadness as she talked.
" I will really miss you.she said after sighing.
me too...I responded.
my phone beeped , excuse me shuri, this is a message from my sister...I said as I pressed my phone to read the message.
it happens to be that Nikka won't be coming home early tonight.
shuri, am sorry I need to head back home, Nikka won't be coming back early tonight.
" okay I guess that was the message. shuri said.
yh , I will see you tomorrow then at the venue.i asked her.
" sure, see you later.
I stood up and took my bag and left.
I made dinner after I got back home.i served Nikka' s dinner at the dinning and left it for Her to eat when she comes back later.
I went to my room and changed to my pajamas and went to sleep.
