it was morning ,I couldn't sleep well yesterday my eyes were all swollen, I had a black eye as they say. i was soo exhausted from the incident that occurred yesterday.
Although I force myself to forget about it but I can't.i went downstairs to take my breakfast as usual since I won't be attending class again.
shuri was sitting on the sofa in the sitting room. her mind was so engrossed by her phone.i bet she didn't know when I came down.
" hem... hem.., I cleared my throat, this was to get her attention.
" ooooh, ooh stacy when did you come down?
she seems to have gotten herself back.
shuri why are you here this morning, don't you have class, I asked.
I went over to the kitchen which was just few steps away from the parlour , I grabbed two mugs and poured in some coffee
" yeah , there is no class today. I came over so that we can have some fun today..... and ...., shuri aused a bit like she was mutted .
I handed over one of the coffees to her
and ...what shuri, I said to her
" thanks for the coffee by the way, ...yh and , she came close to me.
why are you shifting close.
" " so, whatup did you find your mate yesterday ...I mean I looked for you yesterday at the party to ask you but, you were nowhere to be found.
..... mmm, I didn't find my mate,I muttered. I guess he was not at the party .
" maybe , you will find him soon , don't be sad.shuri patted my shoulder in form of comfort.
Anyways, I don't think I will go out with you today, I have plans already. I said to shuri.
wait! you have plans without me, shuri exclaimed. her mood changed, I guess she was annoyed. we always hangout together but today was odd.
yeah, I already have plans , maybe later we can hangout.
" come on stacy, what is on your mind. shuri said as if she knew I was not myself
nothing shuri ,am fine. I said trying to pretend that everything was fine with me.
" stacy you are not fine, since I saw you this morning your eyes were all swollen like you were in short of sleep. talk to me , I am your best friend.
shuri, you are actually right, I was just a little bit sad due to the fact that I couldn't find my mate at the party yesterday.
I lied to shuri , I didn't want her to be worried about me.i didn't mention to her about the vampire I met yesterday at the woods.

the emotional moment was shortlived.it occurred to me that I have not seen Nikka today.i decided to ask shuri since she was here before me.
shuri, have you seen Nikka this morning? I asked being all curious.
"yeah, I forgot to tell tell you, Nikka went for the training with the new army she said she didn't want to disturb your sleep and asked me to drop the message to you.
ooooooh, I see, did she tell you the time she would be coming back.
" Not actually, but she said she will be coming back late .shuri responded.
Alright shuri, I need to get ready , so that I won't be late for my unamed appointment. I said to shuri
" okay if you say so, I will then make some other plans maybe go to the library to read some historical books.
definitely, i said pointing out.
few minutes after shuri left, I went to my room took my shower and some important stuffs which I kept in my blue bag, and headed to the forest.
yeah, the forest, that was my plan all along. I wanted to seek for the vampire who had spared my life. Even though he was led by namor but he didn't kill me.And actually I didn't get a chanceto know his name or to thank him .as a wolf we repay ones favor.

I saw a lady who was dressed in blue jeans and a pink hoodie.i could smell that she was a werewolf. I wonder what a werewolf would be doing out here in the woods alone. I took a few steps closer from the small cave.in some small distance I noticed she looked familiar.
" is this not the wolf from last night?I asked myself. what would she be doing here again.she looks restless as if in search of something. I decided to approach her,because only a wolf who seeks death comes our in the wood alone.this is because Namor's Army won't take a chance to eliminate the wolf.
"why are you doing here again, she was startled when I touched her shoulder.
" is you, thank God I found you here, I wanted...to thank you for last night. she said with her feet trembling. I could sense
she was a little bit scared.
you should know by now that I am a vampire and vampire and wolves are enemies.
" yeah....yeah...I know and that is why I came back here to search for you.thank God I trusted my instincts.i knew I would find you here., she said while smashing her arms by her side.
I kept silent for a moment , I didn't know what to say , I saw her in tears yesterday ,I didn't know why she was crying. she is a weak wolf , is she not afraid of dying, coming back to look for me.
" leave immediately, I said coldly.
I was about to leave when she stopped my steps.

I was really touched by the wolf 's kind words. I mean that was the first time anyone has wished me well after many years ago since the tragic incident took place. " I miss them" tears rolled down my cheeks uncontrollably.
it was a pity I didn't know her name too. I wiped my tears and headed back to my cave to continue my training. my plans can't fail ,I can't afford to loose. I don't have time to wipe.
