Solar, Eclipse, and Star are thrilled that Cedric, Colton, and Connor are coming over tonight. Honestly, I am not excited about it. The werewolf has been trapped in my mind since we did the future spell.
Soon the boys knock on the door, and Star skips happily to answer it. I believe she likes Colton so much that they should date. "Hey, beautiful," I hear Colton say.
Then my eyes see him carry her upstairs. I shake my head.
Solar normally is with Connor. She just likes the sex and I feel that's all it will ever be. They are differently the loudest, sexual partners I've ever heard.
That leaves Cedric, who is talented enough to please both Eclipse and me. I don't mind sharing; I think it makes things more exciting.
I sit on the couch, looking through my spell book. There must be a spell in here that will allow me to see the wolf boy up close.
Eclipse is eager already making out with Cedric, I am not in the mood.
Cedric pulls his lips away. "What's wrong with Saturn?"
I smile. "You two enjoy it."
He chuckles. "You don't want me tonight, I feel rejected."
"Oh, whatever."
My feet move toward the door; I think fresh air will serve me well. Hopefully, it will clear my mind of the wolf.
"I am stepping out for a walk."
Cedric and Eclipse were already halfway up the stairs before I even walked towards the door. I know she'll enjoy having one hundred percent attention tonight.
The beautiful sun shines brightly as I walk down the sidewalk, admiring the lovely flowers in shades of pink, red, white, and purple. It feels peaceful to stroll along and enjoy nature. Maybe this is why Eclipse likes it so much.
I see a black empty chair bench overlooking a children's playground, I take a seat.
It was so loud, it made my ears ring. Children yell and chase each other. Many of the annoying brats cry. My eyes watch that parents chase them around desperately. Children are hideous creatures.
I stand up from the bench and keep walking, only going a short distance. My legs come to a halt. My eyes finally see an image in person that's been behind them all day.
Seeing the werewolf in person makes my heart skip a beat. Unfortunately, he doesn't even seem to notice me. On the opposite side of the street from where I am standing, he is walking down the street. He is accompanied by two other males and one female, who is clinging to his arm.
Some feelings emerge. I feel a cross between anger and envy. She's with the man I've been thinking about all day.
A minor problem, and a small stick in the mud. But nothing, I can't eliminate. I laugh to myself.
Upon returning home, I felt relieved to see that everyone was sleeping, except for Cedric, who was sitting on the couch. I smiled when I saw him.
"Let's talk," he pats the empty spot next to him.
"Umm okay."
Taking a seat next to him, I have no idea what he may be thinking about.
He clears his throat.
"Look, if you are upset about continuously having a threesome and are waiting to be with only me and not Eclipse, I am willing to commit to you, and I am starting to have feelings for you."
I try to hold in my laughter but it escapes my lips.
Taking a peek at Cedric's face I can tell if he's deeply offended.
"Cedric." I stand up from the couch.
"Saturn I just told you I had feelings for you and you laugh?"
I smile. Trying not to laugh again.
"Cedric, it was only sex for me."
"Then why were you upset today, why did you leave and not join us?"
"I just had something on my mind, I couldn't get him out of it." I put my hand over my forehead realizing I said there was him.
"Who?" I can already see the jealousy on his face, the way his eyebrows crossed.
"I don't even know his name."
"Then how?"
" We did a future spell and I saw the image and ever since I just can't stop thinking about him."
"What, the wolf?"
I nod.
" Over my dead body will I ever allow you to be Alpha Yona?"
His face was red now and his fits shook violently.
What have I done?
******
Solar, Eclipse, and Star entered loudly. We usually practice magic at my house, which, despite being tiny, can be the coziest place. It is surrounded by a cluster of trees, making it feel as if it were placed there unnaturally, tucked away in a little forest.
I sit at the table, reading my spell book. Seeing the wolf the other day unsettled me. What if he's already with someone? And I am sure he'll want to be with a wolf, such as himself. I tap my fingers loudly on the table until Solar interrupts my inner dialect.
"Ready for some spells."
I smile. What is there left I haven't taught them?
"I guess today will be a free day to perform whatever spell you want."
They all clap excitedly. I can't help this feeling that washes over me. I find it strange to always have someone in my head, maybe I am enchanted?
I decided maybe it would be a good idea to perform a spell to discover who had taken over my mind. What would it hurt to talk to him in person finally?
I have Cedric's warnings, but honestly, what does he know? It can't be as bad as he described. I mean, I'm trying to be a villain, and I think goodness is annoying, but how bad can it really be? I'm sure he's not as good as he claims to be.
Over the crystal ball. I close my eyes and imagine the man that haunts me in my head. When I open my eyes. I see the wolf boy. I can see he lives around the woods. Analyzing every tree my mind begins to recognize which woods. He lives just across town. Do I have enough courage to seek him out? I frown.
