Luo Xiu, fiddling with a camera, dismissed his teammate's concerns. "Don't worry. A year of rustiness dulls anyone's edge. Besides, Ye Feng is still recovering from his defeat at the boss's hands. He won't make any rash moves yet. However, I suspect he's secretly plotting something against the boss."
"Did you inform the boss?" Qu Wenrui's tone turned serious. The safety of the boss was their top priority, and vigilance was paramount.
"Of course. The boss already knows. Ye Feng's life is off-limits for now because we haven't fully uncovered the forces backing him. Acting prematurely would push them further into hiding, making things harder for us."
Qu Wenrui grinned. "The boss is wise. Still, I can't wait to see Ye Feng's reaction to this video."
Half an hour later, they arrived at the "Red Romance Bar", which was closed at the time. Only a few staff members were present. Qu Wenrui glanced at the large screen inside, itching to play the video. "Captain, can we show it here?"
Luo Xiu shot him a glare. "Stick to the plan. Call Ye Feng."
Within moments, Ye Feng, Wu Manhong, Wang Shi, and a group of their men approached. Ye Feng's expression darkened when he noticed the camera in Luo Xiu's hand. The situation reeked of a setup.
"What's this about?" Ye Feng demanded coldly.
Qu Wenrui stepped forward, holding up a USB drive. "My boss sent this. It's some evidence that might interest you."
Reluctantly, Wu Manhong fetched a laptop. Ye Feng inserted the USB drive but hesitated to open it. His instincts screamed caution.
"My boss insisted we record your reaction when you watch this," Luo Xiu said, raising the camera. His nonchalant attitude only aggravated Ye Feng further.
"Leave now," Ye Feng ordered. His men, led by Wang Shi, bristled, ready to act.
Qu Wenrui smirked. "Do you want to fight? Let's see who comes out on top."
Before tensions could escalate, Ye Feng restrained his anger and opened the file. What he saw made his blood boil.
On the screen was a vile XXX video of his girlfriend in bed with a man. It was clear from her expressions and dialogue that she was very eager. The man was an older, rich fatso.
The room fell silent. Wang Shi and the others stared in shock. Wasn't this the woman they had just met yesterday? How could this be happening?
