Finn swiftly killed these men, and turned towards the direction of the whimpering girl.
Asides from helping her, he had his personal selfish needs that will require the girl. Now, he needed to approach her without scaring her.
"This will be hard." Finn said. He wasn't always good with people. Sure he has had a lot of conversations, but those were conversations with people he didn't care about what impression they'll have of him.
He didn't know which form to take that'll prevent her from being more scared. His human form was far from friendly looking, and his Jellyfish form was that of a weird creature, it could even survive on land!
Finn decided to go with a pup Fenrir form.
He jumped off the tree he was standing, and passed the blindspot of the girl as he moved.
As he got closer to the girl hidden in a bus, he could discern her physical appearance.
She had bright orange hair that fell on her back with beautiful green eyes that reminded Finn of the rare green luminescent grass. A dark orange cat's ear adorned her head like a crown and a tail of similar color wagging behind her.
She wore light leather armor, but was unarmed. Her body had bruises and injuries in different parts of her body, making her look extremely worn out.
She seemed to have noticed that her chasers weren't making any movement noises, causing her to panic even more.
"She's beautiful." Finn commented.
Finn in his pup form then appeared directly in her view, a few meters away from her. He sat on the floor without making any movements to not give her the wrong idea.
But he didn't know that this region had a bad reputation in the outside world. The Mana Beasts here were known to be aggressive and stronger than usual.
The young girl saw the pup and all the possibilities that came to her mind all ended in death, she didn't think even her abilities would give her a chance. She was too tired and injured to move, and her mental state was heavily strained.
She fainted.
"Oh, come on!" Finn sighed, seeing as she blanked out.
He approached her unconscious body, patted her head with his claws seeing if she could stand.
'With all the injuries on your body, I'm not so shocked that you passed out. Weak…' Finn commented as he looked at her. 'Still, giving up on life like that is wild!'
Finn just decided to carry her out to a safer region until she wakes. Treating her nicely might convince her that he wasn't interested in killing or harming her.
Finn slowly increased his size with his abilities, then using his web, he raised the girl up and put her on his back.
He didn't have any items to heal her so he couldn't do anything except wait for her to wake up naturally.
Finn moved once more.

After running for a while, Finn felt attacks coming his way.
~Swoosh~
~Bam!~
Fire balls and spears, Earth spikes and other spells coursed through the air, aiming for him.
Finn found his way and dodged the attacks, but it was hard to do with the girl swinging at his back.
He regained balance and pivoted, facing the direction where the attacks came from.
He was now at the center of an open grass field with nothing to use as cover.
He could see the attackers hiding in the midst of the trees, right before where the open field began.
The way the 7 male attackers stood in formation made Finn know they had been carefully waiting for this moment.
'Associates of those guys? I couldn't sense them… I still can't!' Even while looking at them, Finn still couldn't detect the mana within them. 'It must be a skill or item.'
They were people and they were obviously going to be prepared!
Seeing as they started preparing for their second attack launch, and some were already setting their weapons, Finn only thought to fight back.
Webs that had been surrounding him to expand his senses moved, wrapping themselves around the young girl on his back like a cocoon and dragged her to the edge of this field.
More earth and fire spells were launched at Finn, with the warriors running after the attacks.
It was only then Finn could sense their presence.
Finn created 8 water balls, immediately turning it into a wall to obstruct the attacks with a web net right behind.
While he blocked, he shot webs at the trees where the magic users were, using his web manipulation to speed up its movement and improve his accuracy.
There were four warriors approaching him. Two were wearing armor that covered a lot of their body, they were holding shields along with longswords. The other two wore light armor with daggers and short swords in their hands.
As Finn blocked the attack, he saw the two warriors let out a cry as they released auras.
"We ain't in some game, why are they yelling so much?" Finn mused as he saw.
Playing along, he approached the warriors letting a rain off attacks, indiscriminately fall on both of them. Before he could completely drive them to a corner, the two with light armor came forward, forcing Finn to retreat.
Without giving him any space, the magic users launched more attacks that pressured Finn. They were frustrating, Finn really hated people who attacked from a long range.
Using water magic to keep the people close to him at bay, Finn dashed towards the magic users.
Although they've heard of beasts that could use magic, it was very rare to encounter one and they were even more valuable. Finn's attackers didn't see this one to be strong, which is why they attacked it, and they were even pressuring it.
Finn was almost at the trees where the three magic users were. From both his back and front, attacks were launched at him.
The warriors even mocked, thinking why one would leave its back open.
But the moment they had thoughts that this beast was weak, everything changed.
As the attacks fell upon Finn, he created web nets to surround him and block. "You underestimate me." He said, seeing the smug looks on all of their faces.
Now closer to the trees, Finn's control over the webs he shot here at the beginning were better.
He pulled the webs to detach from the trees, then changed their directions, making them tangle the magic users that were using the trees as cover.
Finn then tightened the webs surrounding them and tangled them to death.
The magic users didn't notice the webs beforehand. By the time they did, it had tangled them and they couldn't react properly.
Turning to look at the now tense warriors, Finn let out a howl.
"3 down, 4 to go."
