SHANON
As the wheels of the carriage rolled forward, the majestic sight of the Wisteria Royal Academy creeped into my eyes. I shifted the curtain of my carriage aside to gain a better view of the school.
The carriage entered the grounds of the academy and the giddy feeling inside me arouse.
It was a lovely and sunny morning. The summer was over. However, alongside the summer, came to halt our middle school.
I was 16 and a high school student now. Not the student of any sheer high school. But of the prestigious Wisteria Royal Academy.
Ever since I had started middle school, Crestwood Royal Prep, I had always dreamed of attending the Wisteria Royal Academy. The hype of the school did not just linger within me but also within the hearts of each and every teenager of the continent.
Established centuries ago, on the landmass of Brindlemark, the capital of the continent of Elowyn, the school is the home to all the royalty from all the kingdoms over the landmass, including myself.
Though, initially the school only bestowed knowledge to the prince and princesses of the royal families, through the elapse of time, other blue bloods such as the children of dukes, barons, countesses, etc started attending the school as well.
The monarchs have had a mixed reaction regarding this. However, at the end everyone came to an amicable agreement.
Hence, as of now, including nobility, even the sons and daughters of the well-to-do families are permitted to attend the school.
Another notable factor about the school that adds to its pertinence is its alumni network as the graduates from here include several consequential individuals from all over the continent and that the director of the school, Sir Ronald Frostbane is an important The Assembly, the parliament that works for peacekeeping within the continent.
Whoever gains the position of the Director, is automatically allotted the position in The Assembly alongside the monarchs of the fourteen major kingdoms.
Hence, Wisteria Royal Academy is a crucial aspect of Elowyn.
My carriage comes to a halt, I understood that the carriage has now stopped in front of the entrance. I inhaled a long breath. I had nothing to fret about.
I was a True. I even belonged to a kingdom that was part of The Assembly. Besides, I was The Ace of the class. Also, I was certain I will have the same classmates as the class sections are divided accordingly if you are a True, a Partial or a Pretentious.
Nonetheless, none of those factors made me even a little more relaxed.
"Please, open the door." I notified the coachman. Within no time, the door of the carriage was opened and I was helped out by the coachman. I lifted my head. Ahead of me, stood the huge castle of Wisteria.
My mouth hung open as my eyes consumed the sublime sight of the castle.
This was it. Wisteria Royal Academy.
