Always with that surprise element. He is convinced his system really isn't giving him any clue as to what this reward may be about. Anyway he sighed and looked at the owl. Hey, system your power isn't working. Why didn't get a vision that I'll receive a letter this day.
Forget it, anyway. McGonagall will arrive in a few minutes it seems. Meanwhile he will try to master some of the knowledge he has. Only knowledge not experience, he needs to practice and gain it himself. But since his body is that of a child he needs to be careful about his mana consumption or else he will be fatigued and even lose consciousness in occasions.
Damian sighed and the owl flew away. He entered the hole in a rundown house and there is a bed, a broken lamp and few shelves with few things in them and a stove with a small gas cylinder. This is his safe house and hideout.
Damian slept looking at the ceiling, the next day when he woke up his stomach rumbled. He goes Shapeshift into an adult and goes to some groceries. Damian bought some bread, milk and jam. He came back and roasted the bread in a pan then put on some jam and ate it.
When he is drinking milk though a cat appeared. He looked at the cat curious because the moment it stepped into this house he has a feeling this isn't ordinary cat. Could it be McGonagall. Possible.
Damian looked at his mission and then at McGonagall and said," hello kitty. Do you want some milk? Come here ", he placed a cup and poured some milk moved it towards the cat and started eating his own. The cat looked at him for a few seconds before running away from there.
Damian looked at this with a smile and be prepared to meet McGonagall. He heat up the remaining milk and waited while McGonagall arrived. She used transfiguration to open a passage in the wall directly which formed an arch while Damian looked at her stunned.
McGonagall curled up her lips and said," hello Mr Targeryen. I'm Minerva McGonagall, Vice headmistress of Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. I'm here to guide you to your journey with magic for now ".
Damian took out the lett r he received and said," i thought it might be a prank from others, I didn't expect magic to be real. Can you show me more magic Madam ", McGonagall pointed her wand at the cup and turned it into an owl while it flew around and again turned into cup.
Damian clapped and said," that's amazing, but professor. I'm poor and don't even have proper food to eat sometimes. How am I able to pay Hogwarts few? ", McGonagall looked at him and said with a smile," who said anything about fee Mr Targeryen? You don't need to pay. Hogwarts even has scholarship program for students like you ".
She said and took out a cloth bag. She gave it to Damian who took out galleons while McGonagall frowned. Money minded person? She doubted this as Damian even gave a stray cat milk he is supposed to drink. Damian counted and said," I owe Hogwarts 30 coins of these. Although I don't know how much it is. I'll definitely pay every thing back madam".
McGonagall is amused and smiled," okay then little warrior. We're on tight schedule. There is also someone I'll need to pick. Get ready to go to a place where you'll buy all your school needs. By the way, called me professor McGonagall. Every Hogwarts teacher is addressed like that ".
Damian nodded and tidied himself. He isn't bad especially after merging with Targeryen bloodline. He can feel the magic quality and quantity improving in addition he can sense a vague power awakening. He misunderstood the three eyed raven powers. They will slowly grew in him.
Damian can get fragments of some pictures sometimes he touches an object like it's previous owner or something.
