Chereads / Falling Into The Game As The Villain? / Chapter 4 - Chapter-4 Silver Dragon Crest

Chapter 4 - Chapter-4 Silver Dragon Crest

After killing the lightning wolf, I lay down on the ground to rest for a while, Honestly, the mana output of the spell was beyond my expectations. Even though Sylas has a lot of mana, it seems like most of his mana was used up when he blasted his mana output too high all at once.

İt was the first time I had used up so much mana in one go and I felt dizzy and heavy. 'Seems like I got carried away' sigh

Thanks to the magic theory lessons I took, I was easily able to untie the lightning wolf's body and extract the mana crystal. It carried a special imprint by the creator of mana, so it wasn't that hard to defrost the ice carrying my own mana imprint.

"Should I go back?" When I looked at my arm, the bleeding had stopped due to the frostbite, but the sharp pain remained. I don't know how to cast spells like [healing], [revive], [regeneration].

I pushed my thoughts aside and focused on the blue crystal in my hand. It was a little smaller than my palm because it belonged to a beginner-level monster, but I could feel the amount of mana in it, a large percentage of which was being absorbed and diluted by nature.

I tossed the mana crystal into the bag I had brought with me and turned in the direction I had come to exit the forest. The thought of 'I don't want to permanently damage my arm' was worrisome.

A few minutes before the exit of the forest, I felt a great pressure on me. I felt dizzy, nauseous, and the bitter taste in my throat made me want to vomit.

"Human, do you think you can come in and out of my house as you please?" The invisible pressure was so suffocating that I surrendered myself to nature.

"Oh, I think he fainted, the human is so weak and yet..."

'I guess I'm used to fainting.' I glanced around as I tried to lift my body. It was night, but instead of darkness, there were bright stones everywhere.

"Where am I?" The pain had stopped, and my gaze fell on my arm—it was clearly shattered. I tried to move it a little and it was as good as new.

"Are you surprised?" A sudden voice interrupted my thoughts. My eyes searched for the source of the voice but I couldn't see anything around.

Sniff "You smell like him." I suddenly felt someone behind me sniffing my scent, and I turned to see a woman with silver-white hair, fair skin, and violet eyes with slits in them.

Her facial expression seemed disgusted by my scent. "Excuse me? Do I know you?" I tried to smile.

Her eyes seemed to be scanning my insides, and for a moment I felt naked. "You are not him, but you smell like him and so does your mana."

I don't know who she means by "him," but I don't think it would be nice to find out as Sylas Von Sylium.

Let's change the subject. "Did you heal me? Thank you." I tried my best to smile, even though it wasn't very good...

"I may be a little surprised, but I'm not stupid." I swallowed involuntarily when I heard her cold voice. 'Why does she have to be so smart?' I desperately begged, wondering why I had to go through this.

"I really appreciate it, but I have no idea what you're talking about." Let's try to be honest; she doesn't seem like a bad person. 'She doesn't seem like a good person either, huh.'

Suddenly she came closer to me, and when she stopped in front of me, she ran her finger over my slow-beating heart. My heart was pounding with fear.

"he's not awake yet, but he will wake up." The red intensity around her was incomparable to anything I had ever seen before. I felt like she was suffocating me.

One of her fingers lightly pierced my chest.

"What the hell are you doing!?" I stumbled and fell to the ground. The hole she left in my chest quickly closed, and a silver dragon crest formed on it. 'What the fuck is this?'

"You can go now," she dismissed me as she turned around, her face losing interest.

"Who are you?" The words came out on their own as my eyes widened in surprise. My eyes glazed over as she turned back to me, and her cold face remained a memory in my head.

When I woke up, I found myself at the exit of the forest near the mansion, and I immediately set out to return.

When I arrived at the mansion, the servants' looks of fear and concern were focused on my clothes, and it wasn't long before I ordered them to mind their own business.

I took a shower, relaxed, and tripped over the silver dragon mark engraved on my chest. It reminded me of that woman, so beautiful to think about but so frightening. I shook my head left and right and got out of the shower, free from my thoughts.

"I feel stronger than before." I looked at the status window while clenching my hands.

[Status]

Name: Sylas Von Sylium

Mana: 12

Power: 9

Endurance: 8

Charm: 10

Intelligence: 6

Special abilities: Talking to ******

Bloodline: (Unawakened)

Status: Confused, excited, happy

"What the f*ck did you say!?" I couldn't believe my own eyes as I read the status window. I wiped my eyes at my changing statistics and looked again and again.

"Was she a fairy godmother?" No, probably not, but such a development was beyond my expectations. I could live an ordinary life as I am, if I were an ordinary person. sigh

As I thought about what had happened, I was struck by my calmness. My composure at the time was different from mine, and then I thought of the [Talking to ******] ability, which was probably the reason.

There were many things I didn't understand, and the ripping of my flesh that I experienced today was probably the least of the dangers. Even the thought of the possibilities made me sick to my stomach.

I took out the mana crystal of the lightning wolf and started to absorb it. As I absorbed the mana in the crystal, it started to lose its color and luster until finally it shattered in my hand.

"This is the limit of what I can take, huh?" Even a small portion left me feeling satisfied, and the thought of 'what would happen if I could absorb the whole crystal?' was appetizing.

It was getting late, and I started to feel awkward thinking about my cousin Kevin's visit tomorrow, the first relative I would see in this lifetime.

"Let's hope we have a nice meeting..." I whisper the magic words to myself before closing my eyes to sleep.
