I walked into the firm with Camilla, who couldn't stop gushing about how well Lorenzo treated me.
She stood in front of me, posing like Lorenzo and mimicking his stern tone.
"Touch her, and I will break my own rules about hurting women," Camilla said, trying to sound like Lorenzo.
We both burst into laughter and for a moment, I forgot about the annoyance I have for Lorenzo being a mafia leader.
Despite Lorenzo's warnings about not telling Camilla about our deal, I had to admit that he always protected me.
Camilla babbled on, and I smiled happily, enjoying her company. We walked down the hallway, chatting and laughing until we came across Emilio standing in front of my office.
