A young man could be seen heading toward the entrance of a city and this was none other than Lynx, as he approached the gates he was halted by the guards on duty, "what's your name and what have you come here for?"
"Well, my name is Lynx and I am here to purchase some items"
"Okay, and your pass?"
"I don't have a pass, how much is the entrance fee?" if you don't have a pass then you scram or you pay up, why bother wasting my time?
"Two hundred silver pieces" the guard responded with a frown
Lynx immediately paid the fee and entered the village, heading straight to the inns and proceeding to get a room, then without rest as though he was in a hurry, he quickly left the room.
Coming out of the busy district he headed to a store that had a sign written 'information vendor,' he then proceeded to enter the building.
Meanwhile, laston and razor could be seen in a large room, swords drawn seemingly practicing the sword technique while following the pictures and diagrams drawn in the manuscript.
Suddenly a familiar voice rang in his head, "During my time I was a sword master so I can teach you all this instead of imitating pictures.
"Really, that would be cool, like having my own personal teacher," laston then frowned, "Time in that space runs really fast in the outside world, you teaching me stuff in there would be really time-consuming.
"We can change the flow of time in here," Lexy immediately cut in on the conversation, we can make it much faster or much, much slower if that's what you want.
Razor then said to Laston, "let's spare against each other I think I have gotten the hang of it, they both went to drop the swords and picked wooden ones, at this moment they were currently in a dojo that they rented out for the week.
They both proceeded to exchange strike at each other and Razor seemed to have the upper hand and would come out victorious during the exchange, and this would continue in the following days until they both had fully understood the basics of the sword technique.
As the days went by their exchange would end in a draw or a win from laston side when he decided to cheat with his spiritual energy.
Since they both had grasped the beginner level of this sword, laston began to practice movement technique, following the instruction in the books and pouring his spiritual energy at the appropriate places.
Doing this he noticed a few things he was moving fast but his energy consumption was at a very slow rate, suddenly a familiar voice rang in his head which made him slow down in his tracks.
"This movement technique is trash, where did you get it from, probably the dumpster, because that's where you see trash, haa-ha-haa," Castor laughed loudly.
Laston quickly sat down in a lotus position and closed his eyes, then like a dream his consciousness drifted into his sword domain, he then called out for Lexy, and just like a phantom the ferocious dragon appeared, "You summoned me?"
"Yes, I did, I just learned how to do it recently, he said with a cheeky smile, he then did the same for Magnus, turning back to Lexy he said, "I can control anything in here just by thinking of it, but there is a limit to what I can do.
"Magnus, you said you had superior movement technique, why don't you show me what you can do, Magnus instantly disappeared from sight only to appear behind laston with his hands crossed.
"Show off!" splinter who had just arrived said with disdain, not impressed in the slightest.
Laston was amazed seeing Magnus dart around, but then remembered, "fuck am still at the dojo, I will be back," opening his eyes, he quickly stood up only to see Razor and a middle-aged with a group of young scholars behind him seemingly in a heated argument with Razor.
"Sir, my master has booked this place for the week and we have doing so for the past four weeks, so why do you want us to leave when our time is yet to finish".
Laston then walked to the duo having a slight understanding of what might be going on, "my name is laston so what seems to be the problem?" This was all thanks to Lynx who had taught him to act like a noble showing him the way they acted on every single situation he could think of.
The middle-aged man on seeing laston pushed Razor to the side, and proceeded to approach laston who now had a frown, being a pro when it came to acting shouted in a loud voice, "how dear you touch my servant."
The middle-aged man acting like though he did nothing wrong, even slightly surprised that his action was called on, "my name is Bernard picker and this are my student from the phoenix sword sect, all the dojos have been booked of and yours seems to be the only one at the verge of being used up hence why I am here."
"So, in other words, you knew this space was yet to be free, but you came down here to take it anyways, disrupting my peaceful training, "young master we come from the phoenix sword sect" the middle-aged man said in a slight annoyed tone.
The phoenix sword sect? never heard of it, now scram until am done with my training"
One of the disciples who couldn't bear to watch then spoke, "how dare you talk down on my master, I will beat both you and your servant if you don't apologize.
Laston then released his aura and turned to the disciple that had spoken, "do you know who I am, you might regret meeting me if you hang around for too long.
Contrary to the previous reaction laston had been getting so far, they all laughed at him, "a core one brat feeling so high and mighty, now even the Benard who was an elder in the phoenix sword sect was mad, a junior challenging me, "boy you have insulted me, but because of your back ground which seems to be profound, lets have a sword fight whoever loses, surrenders the dojo.
