Laston accessing the situation quickly woke Lynx "we have to go now!
"Why, we just got here and your injuries are not fully healed, you can take today off" Lynx said in a sleepy state.
"Lynx I messed up, I think she's a noble and she's gonna kill me, I have to go now" Laston said as he made his way to the door.
When he opened the door, he saw the receptionist with freshly prepared dish with assorted delicacies, but Laston who was in a haste proceeded to run off.
Lynx who knew nothing of the situation quickly packed their belongings, not that there was much to be packed, and proceeded to chase after Laston.
On reaching the door, he saw the receptionist and the dishes, not wasting a second, he quickly picked all the solid food and ran off, but not without telling the receptionist to check them out of the inn.
While they both descended through the platform, which they found out to be an array, Laston proceeded to explain the situation to Lynx, on reaching the last floor, while coming out of the inn, they saw a group of men discussing Infront of the other branch of the inn.
Not long after the young lady who Laston had assaulted with his eyes came out and shouted at the group of men, "seize that pervert and if you can't catch him alive, bring him dead, but by all cost I want him".
She said as she pointed at Laston, none of the guard have ever seen her this pissed they could only imagine what Laston could have done.
Lynx seeing the seriousness of the matter and how suddenly it had escalated, Lynx immediately acted like a passerby, but not without whispering to Laston, "you brought this upon yourself don't drag me into your mess".
Having no other option Laston sprinted off and lady Barina Guards proceeded to chase after him, Ignoring Lynx who came out with him completely.
Lady Barina was beyond mad as she saw Laston run.
"If you let him escape prepare to take his place, now that is a royal order" she said as she followed behind the guards that were chasing after Laston.
When the guard heard the order, they came to a stop and immediately took off their disguise, "you who have offended lady Barina of the royal family, will now be executed on the spot for defiling the royal family, one of the guard said with a booming voice.
Just then spiritual energy around the guards exploded, when Lynx saw this he had a nervous smile on his face, "this is really bad he muttered in a low voice.
Going to the store where he had purchased their robe, he quickly requested for his change, which turned out to be an extravagant amount of twenty thousand bronze coins which he immediately put away with a smile while leaving the store.
Mean while the guards exploded with spiritual energy as they chased after Laston, but with time they were all shocked at how agile Laston was, even after they had been running nonstop for minutes, on the other hand Laston was having a hard time due to the injury he had acquired and strain on his muscles that had not healed up.
Which meant if he should pull any stunt like he did before, he will end up with a damaged body.
Just as he was on the verge of giving up, a smoke bomb appeared from nowhere and blocked the view of the guard.
Looking behind Laston saw nothing but white smoke, suddenly a bird flew down from the sky, "are you waiting for a special invitation before you run away?
Laston then smiled, "I know you wouldn't just leave me"
"Yeah, yeah. let's get out of this village before my effort becomes wasted"
Laston immediately took a detour where Lynx handed him new robes, which he wore swiftly, after that Lynx poured some liquid like substance on Laston's hair, which changed color from pitch black to golden brown.
"They will probably still look for you but you will do fine with this disguise, but you should avoid the lady, she seems to have already memorize your appearance into her soul", he chuckled as he said to Laston then quickly transformed into a bird.
"I will meet you at the exit of the village" he then flew away.
He headed to the main district in his new disguise, and as Lynx had stated he passed through the group of guards that were screening through the civilians that were in the district.
Continuing in that pace he walked through various district successfully on till the village exit was at sight, just exactly fourteen blocks away.
But then he could feel the intense gaze that was filled with a murderous vibe, that was how he could explain it due to not knowing anything about killing intent.
"You can fool these useless guards but you can't fool me, she said as she retrieved her sword from its scabbard and in a spine-chilling voice, "die for me you pervert",
Just then as if something had struck inside Laston he screamed, "ah ah ah" stopping Barina on her tracks, he then pointed at her with trembling hands, "you fucking bitch, when you left the windows to your room open, what were you expecting.
"You even went ahead to strip yourself; I was only there by chance, that could have been anybody"
"You pervert you will die" she said as she prepared to strike Laston
"This goes a long way to prove that all I have heard about you royals are true, you are nothing but a bunch of monsters in human skin".
As if to say something had struck her, lady Barina broke down in tears, then screamed, "father I know you are well aware of what is going on kill this bastard".
Suddenly a horse appeared from nowhere and ran to the direction of Laston stopped and starred daggers at him.
He couldn't help but blush, he then highlighted the horse and proceeded to head for the village exit with a speed that far exceeded what a normal horse could achieve.
When Barina saw this, she screamed un-top of her voice, "Father!"
One of the guards who never left her side during the whole ordeal then said to her, your father left this village in order to go see her lady,
After hearing this the strength in her body left her and she fell to her knees, "he actually escaped, he called me a monster".
snapping out of her dazed state she looked around and luckily enough the whole area had already been sealed off, so the civilians were not witness to the awkward situation.
"Commander Gerald why did you do nothing and let him get away", she turned as she looked at her body guard with anger.
You don't have to look at me like that, my lady you know fully well why I didn't interfere, my only concern is your safety and for that am ready to put my life on the line any day any time.
"I can't risk you getting hurt or abducted while am distracted with other things.
"Go to the golden royal and find out everything about that boy"
