The car stopped in front of the mall and Alaric turned off the engine before removing the key.
Both he and Lysander stepped out, the warm sun burning their skin slightly.
Alaric chuckled as the thought of how humans believe vampires would burn if they stepped into the sun hit them.
The two of them walked into the mall, where all eyes landed on them.
Alaric was enjoying the attention, throwing winks to one or two women who were drooling over him. He had always loved this attention because it constantly reminded of how he had good looks, Lysander on the other hand had his usual cold and unwelcoming demeanor.
"First stop, the clothing section," he said as Lysander followed his lead.
"Make it quick, I don't like the idea of Anna being alone," he said, standing with his arms folded as Alaric went through series of clothes.
