"Blood is red?! Who the hell writes a not like that?" Mia said with a frown.
'Lucky you for even getting a note,' Morg chuckled inwardly.
She got up to take the not from Mia and a small smile played on her lips when she immediately recognized Lysander's handwriting.
"Why are you smiling?" Mia asked, with a slight frown.
"You have a secret admirer and he's asking you out," Morg teased.
"I think it's weird. I hardly talk to anyone in school and I don't have any male friends except Mattie. Even he doesn't know I'm here so who is this secret admirer?" Mia asked,
"I think we'll have to dress you up in order to find out." Morg winked.
"I don't know….what if it's someone embarrassing?" Mia said fidgeting with her fingers.
"Or someone sweet," Morg said, tossing some popcorn into her mouth. "You could have a love story worthy of a dramatic novel."
"I guess you're right," Mia shrugged.
