Chapter 3 - 3. The wolf and friends

Moondrop, stands at around 4 ft 11 seems to be a very calm looking individual with long flowing brown hair, she's wearing very light blue robes that had a tint of yellow to them she holds a wooden small staff in her hand and a book in her other as she walks along with the others.

And lastly there's Bingo, barely standing at 5 ft. He has dirty unkempt hair that's black his hair goes nearly to his shoulders, he seems to be wearing barely any armor, more just of basic clothes that are strapped together. He seems a lot more playful than the others. He's a young squire seeking the opportunity to become a full-fledged knight one day.

The four of them were of course given this job by The current king of the wild empire. They have been sent to grab the artifact that was still possibly being held in this recently discovered ancient building of course now that it's kind of been recent news there's a high likelihood of running into danger.

As they rush by the halls of this ancient building Bingo jumps cheerfully and messes about making quite a bit of a noise as he does so.

David takes a long glare back at Bingo as he sees the younger male being totally carefree on a potentially dangerous mission, David takes a heavy sigh and speaks.

"Bingo quit goofing about"

The sudden words caused Bingo to immediately stop in place and look at David.

"It's fine.. Even if there is any dangerous folk I'm sure the three of us can handle it," Bingo replied with a small chuckle.

"You should still probably pay attention and be alert," David said.

"Ah come on it's fine," Bingo said as he turned his head looking towards Tyson, who simply had a blank expression on his face.

Moondrop chuckles as she hears the interesting conversation between David and Bingo.

"Bingo I have to unfortunately agree with David here, It seems to be that we might find ourselves in extremely dangerous situation so to please have some self-control so we don't find ourselves at risk of death,"

Moondrop said softly.

"Fine whatever, just um… well how are we going to get into the vault," Bingo said as he looked at the large metal door as was before him, as David gave a glance at moondrop, a glance of gratitude.

Tyson raised his hand slightly as he was signaling for the others to stop in front of him he saw what seemed to be some kind of vault door that was sealed with heavy looking steel.

And as they were almost stopped, after hearing what Bingo said David and Tyson both silently turned to Moondrop no words exchanged just a look.

Bingo was a bit confused as he looked at Moondrop.

Moondrop sighed as she slid her spell book to her hand, she shook her head as she saw the others just blankly staring at her.

"I know that look, you guys think magic can do everything… you know it eats up mana to use pointless spells," Moondrop nearly shouted .

"Well can you?" Bingo asked

"Yes but I hate that everybody assumes magic can just do everything," Moondrop says.

"Well it just about can right," Bingo says

"Well sort of, but still magic has its limitations" Moondrop says.

"Yeah but you are the group's mage… so you know," David added.

"Well with that being said you gonna open this vault up Moon?," Tyson said as he looked at the elf curiously.

"Oh yeah I got it"

Moondrop said as she gently twirls her fingers as a blue spark bubbles out of her finger tips and sharply slammed Into the door as it did so the sparks zipped all over the door before entering inside through the door.

After a few seconds the door slowly cracks open.

"Good job Moon," Tyson said as he gave her a gentle head pat.

"Oh… it's nothing," Moondrop said with a slightly red face.

"Wow I wish I could do magic!" Bingo yelled.

"I'll never understand magic but hell is it cool" David said. As everyone started to enter the vault.

Entering in the vault is a lot smaller then it would suggest, the inside is clean and seems preserved, the inside was white with a modern look.

"So this thing holds a relic from the past I wonder what it might be" David said as he held up a silver case that seemed well kept.

"It doesn't matter what it is, we were told to grab it and go," Tyson said.

"Fair enough" David said as bingo was playing with something that was inside the small storage that held the case.

"Well I don't see why we can't take one of these things for ourselves?" Bingo said as he held up what seemed to be a long piece of metal with an odd shape, it's clear to see it's some kind of firearm but none of these guys have a clue what this is.

"Hey don't play with relics you don't know what that thing is!," David shouted.

"It's fine I swear," Bingo said as he messed about with the gun spinning it and then pressing the trigger. As soon as he did, they all heard the screaming sound of a gun firing and the echoing boom that came with.

"What the hell, Bingo! Stop messing with artifacts!" Tyson yelled as he placed his hand on his face.

"Sorry I don't, I didn't know it would do that," Bingo said as he dropped the gun.

"You just gave me a headache" David said as he covered his ears.

"It's fine…but we'll look at these, they are like scrolls, with well… men on them, and wel-" moon drop went to say as Tyson interrupted "no leave whatever that is in here" Tyson said as he passed a wall seeing an odd painting of a man in what seems to be formal clothes and white hair he seems to be on horseback.

"George Washington…." Tyson said as he read the name on the painting.

"Funny looking guy who do you think he was," David said.

"I have no idea, probably just a past king or something not sure"

Tyson said as he shrugged.
