She handed him a rough map of the area, pointing out the location of Oakwood and the surrounding countryside. "As for getting to Oakwood, there's a carriage that leaves from the city's north gate every morning. It's a public carriage, but since you're on a quest, you can ride for free. Just let the driver know that you're on a guild quest, and he'll take care of you."
The protagonist nodded, taking the map and studying it carefully. "What time does the carriage leave?" he asked.
The receptionist checked a nearby schedule. "The carriage leaves at 9 am sharp. You should be able to make it if you hurry. Just head to the north gate and look for the carriage with the guild's emblem on the side."
