Eliana pushed Damian away immediately they got to his house and glared at him while he smiled back.
"Do you know this is kidnapping?"asked Eliana and Damian chuckled.
"If taking what's mine is kidnapping then am a good kidnapper"said Damian as he sat down and she snorted.
"Am not yours and you know that. Whatever we had was just a fling."Eliana said and he smiled at her.
"As you can see, am very tired and I need to rest. First thing tomorrow, we are going to our son"Damian said and Eliana rolled her eyes.
"What does that have to do with me?"Eliana said and Damian walked closer to her.
He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer that their lips were almost touching.
Eliana shivered in his touch though she hated to admit it but he had the same effect as always on her. Her skin still tickled at his touch and her hormones raging at his scent. He was the only one that made her feel this way but they weren't meant for each other.
"I want you back"Damian whispered and Eliana raised an eyebrow ignoring the spark in her body at their closeness.
"You must think am still the foolish Eliana who would jump on your bed at the slightest opportunity. Am not going to be your mistress again"Eliana replied and his eyes darkened.
"You will either ways. My mistress or my wife, it's up to you to decided. All I know is that I will have every inch of you"Damian said and Eliana chuckled.
"You seem so confident. Whatever I felt for you is in the past. Look into my eyes and all you'll see is hatred for you"Eliana said and Damian smiled.
"That's not true and I will prove it"Damian said as he slammed his lips against hers savoring the taste of the lips he had missed a lot.
Eliana remained in daze as she felt his lips move against hers. She knew she should stop him but her body was against it. It doesn't matter in the past or now, her body still loves every touch of it but this feels wrong yet she didn't want it to end so she responded.
Damian groaned as he felt her responding to the kiss and he deepened it moving his hands under her clothes and that snapped Eliana back to reality as she pushed him away and slapped him hard.
"What do you think you are doing?"she said in shaky breaths and Damian smiled unfazed by the slap as he moved closer to her but she stepped back.
"Am proving to you that you are mine. Even your body summits to me and in a matter of time, I will make your heart do the same"he said and Eliana gulped down hardly. She couldn't help but think he will really succeed in doing it.
"In your dreams. Am not a wood right? Even if it's an ordinary human touching me then I will react the same way. I even mistook you for my human husband"she defended and Damian growled as his eyes started flicking between gold and brown. His demon was on the edge.
"How dare you?!"he growled as he moved closer to her and pulled her closer by her hair.
"You are mine alone. I will fucking destroy the whole world if anyone tries to take you away. You know me, Ana and you know I don't share what's mine. I don't care who you've been fucking before I found you but you are now mine alone"Damian roared as he slammed his lips on his and Eliana could only sigh in defeat.
She knew his demon, Leonardo was on the edge so struggling was fruitless as it will only anger him more. One thing about Damian was his possessive behavior and she knew for sure that no one could save her from him. She was stuck with him till heaven knows.
Damian kissed her roughly marking his territory. He was going crazy at the thought that she might have been with many humans after she left him. The thought of them touching her angered him and he could only pour it all out through the kiss. Even his demon, Leonardo was angry.
They both loved Eliana for one reason, she was their mate but Kelvin took her away. With the help of a witch, they made her believe Kelvin was her mate.
He almost went crazy when he found it all out and he killed Kelvin and the witch. He also made sure he killed every wolf that she called family because they were traitors.
He had gone crazy while searching for her and he blamed himself for that night but what could he do? He wanted to protect her and his child from them and at the same time, he was mad at her for not seeing pass the spell and recognizing him as her mate.
He hated seeing her in another man's arms. He was mad at her for not realizing the sparks between them when they touch, the light and emotions flowing in their body when their eyes meets. That was enough to show that they were mates but she didn't notice it.
But now he had her again and he wasn't going to tell her about Kelvin and the witch. She thinks Kelvin is a saint then so be it. He wouldn't want to hurt her by telling her the true nature of the man she believed to be her mate.
Eliana hit Damian's chest lightly. She was going out of breath and he wasn't still stopping. Her wolf suddenly wiggled within her and she became confused.
"What's wrong, Dalia?"she asked and Dalia howled happily.
"Mate!He is our mate!"Dalia said and she almost laughed out loud if not for Damian's lips that's still on hers.
"Are you crazy? It's Damian not mate. Kelvin died years ago and we didn't get a second chance mate"she said and Dalia whimpered.
"Maybe we didn't get a second chance mate because our mate never died. We might have mistaken Kelvin as our mate"Dalia said and she reasoned it.
The sparks, the connection she felt with Damian were things she never felt with Kelvin. Could it be true that she made a mistake? Do Damian know they were mates? If yes, why did he keep it away from her?
She didn't get to think about it much as she felt Damian pull away and glare at her.
"Age seems to be telling on you as you even get lost in thought during a kiss"Damian teased and she rolled her eyes.
"I was talking to Dalia"she said and Damian nodded as he sat down and she sat opposite him.
"So what did she say?"asked Damian and Eliana stared intently at him.
Could he really be her mate? It's embarrassing for a 1000yrs old to be mistaken about her mate.
"It's none of your business"she snapped at him and he sighed.
"I will go upstairs and shower. Your room is the first one by the right"said Damian as he walked towards the stairs but she stopped him.
"Is it your room too?"she asked and it came out wrong as Damian put on a smirk.
"No, it's opposite mine"he said and Dalia purred out in disappointment before she could stop her and Eliana bit her lips in embarrassment.
Damian stared at her and chuckled. He knew she could feel the attraction between them even though it's been years.
"Do you want to stay in my room?"asked Damian and Eliana glared at him while he laughed.
"Come on, it was a friendly question. We are just going to sleep nothing else and if it leads to something else, we aren't kids anymore. We have a 500yrs old son, you know"Damian said and Eliana scoffed as she moved upstairs.
"Don't come after me if you don't want to die"she threatened and Damian smirked.
Oh! He so much wanted to die and go to the pits of hell. Probably dine with his son, Lucifer.
He ran after her and closed the door behind him. It's gonna be a long night!

Lucifer watched Gabrielle punch the bag as sweat filled her body. She had been training hard since morning. First, she had a fight with her men and almost killed them. Now, she is punching a bag and this will be the tenth bag she was punching.
He decided not to interfere allowing her to do her things but he couldn't anymore. She looked worn out and weak yet she kept punching the bag.
"That's enough,moonshine"he said as he walked towards her and she ignored him.
He sighed and hugged her from behind. He felt her stiff and later he heard her sobs as her voice cracked and broke.
"He is gone, Lucian. My father is gone"she cried out and he tightened his arms around her.
"It's okay. Let it all out, don't hold back"he said and she turned to face him.
She wrapped her arms around him and cried against his chest while he rubbed her back comfortingly.
"He was always there for me even when I am rude to him. He told me I looked like my mom but my behavior isn't like hers. He told me stories about her and whenever I was going to do something outrageous, he was always there to curb me. But he is gone now, am now an orphan!"she cried out and he stayed silent listening to her laments.
She cried and cried till he didn't hear her voice again and he pulled away carefully to stare at her face. She is asleep.
He carried her bridal style and thought of going into her room but he kicked against it. For all he knew, the killer might still be around.
He teleported them to the room in the mansion and dropped her on the bed.
"I hate seeing you sad,Amaryllis. Am sorry I can't do anything to relieve your pain"said Lucifer as he draped the covers over her and walked out of the room.
He got downstairs and saw Kennedy lying on Amelia as they engaged in a hot make out. He cleared his throat to make his presence known even though he knew they must have perceived his scent.
"You have a room, you know. Must it always be on my couch?"he said as he sat down opposite them and they chuckled pulling away from each other.
Amelia noticed that he was stressed and sighed. She needed no one to tell her that things weren't good in the vampire's clan.
"What's wrong?"she asked and Lucifer sighed rubbing his temples.
"Aaron is dead"Lucifer said and Amelia gasped as tears flowed down her eyes.
Don't misunderstand, she was never close to Aaron but she knew the pain of losing a parent. She lost her mother too. She was only pitying Gabrielle.
"How is she?"Kennedy asked and Lucifer nodded negatively.
"She is worse. She isn't willing to deal with the reality that he is gone"Lucifer replied and Amelia sighed.
"It will be so hard for her. She needs you most at the moment"Amelia said and Lucifer nodded.
"I know but I need your help on that"he said looking at them.
"If it involves babysitting Gabrielle then count me out but if it is finding the killer then am in. I love hunts"Kennedy said and Lucifer chuckled.
"That's it then. Amelia, I need to you to stop Gabrielle from leaving the house. Am afraid she is going to do something terrible in the main time, Kennedy and I will pay some people a visit"said Lucifer and Amelia nodded.
"Just be careful"Amelia said and he smiled at her.
"I will be. We move tomorrow, Kennedy although I will prefer to go with Zack. I need someone who doesn't know the meaning of "mercy""said Lucifer as he stood up and Kennedy snorted.
"Of course, monsters should flock together but you wouldn't want a flood tomorrow, right?"Kennedy said and Lucifer chuckled.
"Goodnight, you can continue your business but not on my couch"said Lucifer as he left.
"Even the great Lucifer prefers me to you"Zack taunted and Kennedy sighed.
He wasn't going to hear the end of this.

Lucifer laid beside Gabrielle and pulled her to his chest as he smoothened her hair. He kissed her hair and sighed.
"Tomorrow is going to be a long day"whispered Lucifer and Frediano scoffed.
"I feel like tomorrow will be interesting. It's been a while I shed blood"Frediano said and Veer growled in agreement.
