CHAPTER 53 🖤 54
Killian watched the lady sleeping before him. He knew it was her, Neriah, the woman he saw in his dreams every night for the past 500yrs. He had locked himself away from the outside world and lived on his own. He stayed near the downside of the sea believed to be the residence of their ancestor's goddess.
Everyday for the past 500yrs, he had prayed to the goddess to forgive him of his sins and cleanse him. He couldn't help but feel guilty that he had a hand in her death in the past. It doesn't matter if he switched sides at the end, the fact that he was against her still stands.
He watched her stirred in her sleep and he smiled. She had changed a lot and her reincarnation is far more better than her past self. He never thought he could see her again but the question remains.
What was she doing in the sea?
The bruises on her chest, who gave them to her?
Was there a war?
He could sense that she was a vampire, did she fall off the throne room?
Yes, he was once the vampire's prince so he knew that their throne room was built on the sea.
Suddenly, a question popped out in his head.
Was the past repeating itself again?
Were they on her tail again?
His face hardened at the thought of them giving her problems in the past. Seems like his hiding time is over, he would crush everyone who caused her pain.
But something about her attracted him back at the sea. The scent of raspberry and coconut milk was coming from her belly. The scent of a mate and he pondered on it for a while till he came to a conclusion.
She was pregnant! Pregnant with his mate!
He brought his nose closer to her stomach and rubbed it on it as he sniffed the scent.
"I can't wait for you to be born and all grownup, mate"he muttered as he sniffed in not caring if he woke her up.

Gabrielle felt a head nuzzling to her belly and her eyes flustered open as she dimmed it trying to adjust to the light. She looked around and realized she was in a small cottage.
She looked down and saw a head buried in her stomach and she let out a gasp.
"What are you doing?"she asked and she felt him freeze as he raised his head to look at her.
Killian stared at her in embarrassment. She just think he is a psycho for sniffing her stomach but he couldn't help it. The scent of his mate,even though she was still in her belly was alluring.
"Oh, you are awake"he managed to say and she narrowed her eyes at him.
"Don't tell me you were trying to harm my baby, Killian"she stated rather than asking and he chuckled amused.
"Really? Is that what I get for saving you? And trust me, I will do anything but hurt your baby"Killian said and Gabrielle gasped in realization.
"So am truly pregnant?"she squealed and he smiled at her.
"Yes, you weren't aware? It's still young though. Not up to a week so the heartbeat is really low"Killian stated as he stood up to leave but she held him back.
"Where are you going to?"she asked and he sighed pulling his hand away from her grip.
"I want to get you ox bone blood. As a vampire, you need blood to heal faster"he said and she sighed.
"I have to go back to Lucifer, they will kill him"she said feebly and he scoffed.
"Worry about yourself, young lady. You barely survived. How the fuck do you swim across a sea with such high current? Don't you know that it's forbidden to swim in this particular sea? Kudos,you are the first person to swim in this sea since no one is as foolish as you are"Killian scolded and she bit her lips in guilt.
"I had no choice. I didn't want them to kill me and I wanted to save my baby"she whispered and Killian's gaze softened.
"Who are they? Vanessa and Nathan?"he inquired and she only nodded in response.
"Let's get you blood first then I will fly you to the mansion. I also have some scores to settle with Vanessa. That witch made me do something that left me restless for the past 500yrs"said Killian as he walked out and Gabrielle rested on the bed as she glanced at the ceiling.
Her thoughts wandered off to Lucifer. How was he doing? He must have heard about her supposed death by now. Was he mad at her for leaving? Was he going berserk over her death?
"I can't wait to see you again,Lucifer"she whispered into thin air as she awaits Killian.

Vanessa sat on the throne staring at Jonathan who was bundled together with a rope and bleeding everywhere. Just like he planned, he sent someone to her quarters last night and she didn't waste time in killing the person.
Well, she was tired of playing around with Jonathan so she decided to finish him once and for all then she will head for the mansion with the warriors to finish Lucifer too. Since she couldn't have him then no one will.
"Please, my lady!"Jonathan pleaded as he was going out of breath but Vanessa chuckled instead sending another magical ball of fire to his chest.
"Argh!"Jonathan yelled as he fell to the floor and Vanessa laughed loudly enjoying his sufferings.
"I told Jonathan. I don't spare those who betray me but you did and now you don't deserve to live anymore"Vanessa said moving closer to him as she cupped his chin with her hands and raised his face up to meet hers.
"Please!"Jonathan pleaded weakly.
If he was told that his plan could backfire then he would have denied it but here was he,in the hands of the woman he wanted to kill. All he could see in her face was rage.
She had no intention of showing him compassion. He had asked her to set him free and he would never be back anymore but she didn't. Now, he was regretting ever agreeing go work with her.
He could have not rebelled against his people but his greed wouldn't let him. The thirst for more caused him to have none.
"Please, have compassion!"he pleaded again hoping she would set him free but her nails only dug deeper into his skin.
"This is me, Jonathan. Am without compassion and mercy. Ever since I had this scar on my face, I lost every ounce of humanity in me. I warned you not to betray me because I knew that this will be your end if you did"Vanessa said as she snapped his head off without flinching and blood ooze out of his neck as the fallen head rolled on the floor.
Jonathan knees fell to the floor and she moved back looking at it with no remorse. She snapped her fingers and a guard ran in. He flinch at the gruesome sight on the floor but controlled himself staring at Vanessa.
"Take this shit away and call some maids to clean up the floor"she ordered and the guard nodded as he carried Jonathan's body and head separately.
In no time, maids buzzed in with cleaning materials and started cleaning the floor and Noel also walked in.
"It's all set, sis"Noel said and Vanessa smiled.
At last, she was going to have peace. She was going to end them all,the people who caused her pain. When she was done, she would go for her daughter and take her away from that monster.
"Let's go"she said walking out and Noel followed her with a knowing smile.
"Wait for it, sister. Today is your end!"he muttered under his breathe.

Lucifer paced in the sitting room with his hands behind him and they all watched him. He had been like this since morning. What were they saying? He didn't even get a wink of sleep and neither did his father, Damian.
"Will you stop pacing and sit down?"Damian asked and Lucifer groaned.
"When the fuck are they coming, Damian? Am losing my patience and I just want to go there and snap that witch's head off"Lucifer said and Damian sighed placing his hands on his shoulders.
"Soon,son. They will be here soon, Leonardo can sense them nearby"Damian said and Kennedy sprung to his feet.
"Please, tell me that bastard, Noel is with them"Kennedy asked with expectant eyes and Lucifer rolled his eyes.
"I don't know but they are many people coming. Loud sounds of footsteps and clashing of metals is all that I heard"Damian said and Amelia's eyebrows furrowed.
She was a wolf with heightened senses yet she heard nothing. Which means they are far from them but how did Damian hear?
"How sure are you?"she questioned and Damian chuckled.
"My demon is connected to the ground and since they aren't flying, I can hear them"he answered nonchalantly and she nodded.
"Should I make a welcome speech when they arrive, on your behalf?"Damian asked and Lucifer smirked.
"Please do, father"Lucifer replied teasingly and Damian walked out of the building.

Vanessa and the warriors paused as they got near the mansion. They could see smoke oozing from the mansion and it looked like it was on fire.
"What do you think is happening?"Noel asked Vanessa who laughed.
"Demons like to play with fire. Well, witches love fire too"Vanessa said as she snapped her fingers and the smoke cleared.
They walked further and stood before the mansion waiting for the next command from Vanessa who was looking around wearily.
"Hello,Vanessa. I heard a lot about you and I must say you look pretty in person. You know, if we scrape off that hideous scar on your face"said Damian as he came into view and Vanessa squinted her eyes.
"Who are you?"Vanessa asked and Damian chuckled.
"Forgive my manners, I am Damian Leonardo, the father of Lucifer"Damian said with a mocking bow and Vanessa burst into laughter.
"So Lucifer invited his father to fight with me on his behalf?"Vanessa said with a mocking smile and Damian smiled back.
"On the contrary, I came unannounced. I have been dying to meet you and I think you will make a good mistress"Damian said and Vanessa glared at him.
"Maybe in another life,old man"she gritted out and Damian moved closer exuding an alluring scent.
"Really? I feel like you want to crawl into my bed, right now? Let's do it, baby. Ditch this war and come with me"Damian said seductively charming her with his scent and voice.
Vanessa moved back as her vision got fuzzy and her thoughts were disturbed with the alluring scent and sinful desires flowing into her.She doesn't know what this man was doing to her but she knew she had to fight against it.
Damian watched her trying to fight away his temptation. He was a lust demon and he was infecting her with sinful desires. He knew she was strong to still be on her feet standing in her own and not wrapped around him trying to get him under her clothes.
"Fucking stay away from her, perv!"Noel shouted as he pulled Vanessa back from the weird looking man.
Damian smirked as he moved back freeing Vanessa from his charm and smiled at Noel while Vanessa glared at him.
"I guess we will be going to war then. Too bad a sexy figure has to wail under my sword"Damian said as he blew her a kiss and stepped back.
Vanessa growled and made a spell as she threw it towards him.
"Bastard!"she cursed and Damian stood still letting it hit him as he smirked at her.
"Your little spells has no effect on me or will you love to try a more potent one?"Damian taunted with a smirk and Vanessa growled in anger.
She was surely going to kill this man!
"Come out, son. I made our little witch very mad"Damian shouted and Lucifer came out with the others.
"We meet again, ugly face"Lucifer said to Vanessa and Vanessa glared at him.
"You are still as handsome as I remember. It's so sad you don't know what's good for you"Vanessa said and Lucifer rolled his eyes.
"If you are the good thing then I would rather settle for the worst"said Lucifer and Vanessa scoffed.
"We meet again, dick head"Kennedy growled at Noel and Noel rolled his eyes at him.
"Mind if we settle scores today?"Noel said and Kennedy smirked happily.
"Come on,bastard!"Kennedy said as he pulled Noel closer and turned to Amelia.
"Take care yourself,I will be back" Kennedy said to Amelia as he teleported away with Noel.
"Be safe!"Amelia said through the mind link. She hoped he teaches Noel a good lesson.
"I am sure we aren't here to just stare at each other"Eliana said glaring at Vanessa and Vanessa chuckled.
"Attack!"she yelled and the vampires drew their sword heading for them.
"Stop!"they heard a voice yell from the sky and they all looked up.
A dragon spread fire on a few vampire burning them to death as it descended on the floor and a woman came down from it.
Taking a closer look, it was Gabrielle. The dragon shook its body and turned to a human,Killian.
"Gabrielle, is that you?!"Lucifer called out with shaky voice as he moved towards her and Gabrielle moved closer cupping his cheeks in her hands.
"It's me, Lucian. Am here"she said and Lucifer's face darkened as he noticed Killian behind her.
"What are you doing here?"he growled holing Gabrielle possessively.
"Am here to help, Lucifer and to also kill a witch"Killian said turning to Vanessa who was still shocked to see him.
Gabrielle looked around and raised an eyebrow at Eliana before looking at the man beside her with a smirk.
"We meet again, dick head"Gabrielle said to Damian who tilted his head as he looked at her.
"Is this not the seductress?"Damian said and Gabrielle smirked as she mockingly bowed.
"At you service, bastard"Gabrielle said and Amelia gasped coming closer to her.
"He's your father in-law"Amelia whispered into her ears and her eyes widened.
"You have made a good impression on me, daughter in-law"Damian said sarcastically and Gabrielle rolled her eyes.
She met Damian when she was at war with the witches. He saved her from the witches claw and took her to his house to treat her wounds.
Well, things got hot between them when she saw one of his mistress and she thought Gabrielle was another mistress. Rather than denying it, Gabrielle clinched to him and told her,she was his mate.
She even fought with his mistress and chased her out before calling Damian different names. She called him a whore and left his house. That was their first and last encounter.
"We'll settle this later, Damian"Gabrielle said as she turned to Vanessa with a glare.
"Let the party begin,bitch"Gabrielle spat at Vanessa as she charged towards her.
