Chapter 9 - Some visitors

Akira was sitting on top of one of the destroyed houses, his eyes were closed but slowly opened 'They've arrived!' A smile appeared on his calm face.

In the blink of an eye, he had disappeared from that place, and reappeared on the ground, walking in a carefree manner, while his eyes were looking straight ahead. If it were possible to make all the rubble invisible, his gaze would fall straight onto a small car, which was speeding at a low speed, approaching the mountain.

While this was happening, Chi-Chi was standing by the lake, looking at her flickering reflection in the water. The girl had an excited smile on her face "Tomorrow Akira will go with me to look for Daddy's master... I hope it takes a long time to find him!"

A breeze blew past, ruffling her hair "I need to talk to daddy about that..." She said to herself.

If there was someone here to listen to her, it would not be possible to understand her real intentions, since her words did not make it clear. But in her heart, Chi-Chi had just made a decision.

...

The small car where Bulma was stopped, everyone got out of the car without making much noise.

She got out of the car and adjusted the bunny ears on her costume "This place is so hot, I'm going to melt in here!" She said, before starting to fan herself with her hand.

"Don't speak so loudly! If the Ox King hears you, we're all dead!" Oolong shouted in a low volume, fear visible in his eyes.

There were rubbles on all sides of them, with only a narrow path open to them where they came, which was why they got out of the car. But the rubble wasn't the only thing surrounding them, there were also a large number of skeletons.

Goku had come down from his cloud and poked a skull "There are several bones around here, could it be that the Ox King ate these people?" He said matter-of-factly.

A shiver ran through Oolong's body and his teeth began to chatter with his trembling, and his frightened eyes looked from side to side.

Bulma swallowed hard, but said with a crooked smile "Of-Of course not, Goku!"

"Not at all" A voice suddenly sounds.

"Huh?!!" Bulma and Oolong couldn't help but let out a shrill cry of fright as they looked towards the source of the voice.

Goku just turned in the same direction with a confused look, his face was still calm as ever.

From the middle of some rubble, Akira emerged, walking slowly towards them, while trying to hide his intense gaze from Bulma.

His eyes passed over her legs, which were covered by dark blue pantyhose, stopping for a moment on her thick thighs, then went up to her torso, which was covered by a tight black leotard, which gave a beautiful highlight to her breasts, quickly passed by the red bow tie on her neck, to finally look at her face.

Despite trying to keep a calm expression, he couldn't help but be surprised 'Chi-Chi being cuter than I remembered was a surprise, but this is unbelievable! Bulma is fucking hot!'

He thought Bulma was very beautiful in the anime, but he thought her body was average, nothing spectacular. But the Bulma in front of him was even more beautiful and her body was very sexy.

Maybe the outfit was contributing to this initial shock, but without a doubt this Bulma was superior.

This moment of contemplation lasted only a few seconds in Akira's mind, as he walked towards them, revealing his own appearance.

Unlike the monster the three were expecting to see, Akira turned out to be an attractive young man with a calm demeanor.

The fear in Bulma's eyes turned to interest as she straightened her previously hunched posture.

Meanwhile, Oolong let out a sigh of relief. Although he didn't know exactly what the Ox King looked like, he was sure that this young man wasn't him. Goku, in turn, looked at him curiously, seeming to try to see beyond his appearance.

"What are you guys doing here? If you're here to steal something, I recommend you leave. Although the Ox King doesn't devour anyone, he will kill anyone who tries to steal his treasure" Akira's voice sounded calm and unhurried.

In Oolong's eyes, that had been a frightening warning, one that made him tremble "I didn't say it was a bad idea to come here, let's leave now!" His voice was shaky.

Bulma's eyes had a different glow, it seemed like she hadn't heard a single word and was focused on Akira's appearance 'He's more handsome than the desert bandit!' She felt a heat surge inside her body, which didn't come from the burning mountain.

"We didn't come to steal any treasure, we're just looking for a dragon ball" Goku said.

At the same moment Oolong's gaze hardened and he turned his head towards the boy 'You big-mouthed idiot!'

Akira couldn't help but let out a light laugh, "So you didn't come after gold or silver, but rather the most valuable item in this world?"

As he said this, his gaze turned to the side and a smile appeared on his lips 'He's here too'

...

The young desert bandit, Yamcha, was watching the group from afar, while his friend Puar was by his side.

Yamcha had his long, slightly wavy hair swaying in the wind as he rested one leg on his vehicle. A sword was attached to his waist, giving him an imposing aura.

Pual took away some of his friend's grandeur, being a strange, blue cat that looked like a cute flying plush toy.

"That's not the Ox King, but for him to be calmly in this place, there must be some relationship between them..." Yamcha said thoughtfully, while holding a pair of binoculars in his hand.

"Maybe he's a disciple of the Ox King, but I bet Lord Yamcha can beat him!" Puar said, as he flew next to him.

Yamcha scratched his face and then smiled, showing that one of his teeth was broken "Whatever, let's keep watching from afar. If by any chance they manage to get the Ox King's Dragon Ball, we'll be able to steal it from them when they finally leave here. Then there'll only be the last one left and soon my wish will be granted!" His voice sounded full of greed.

...

When Akira spoke about the Dragon Balls, making it clear that he knew their value, Oolong's fear intensified, his face turning pale 'It's over! He'll tell the Ox King and we'll all die!'

Bulma looked surprised, but not too worried "So you know about the dragon balls?" She asks in a soft tone, as she slowly approaches Akira.

In her superficial mind, someone so handsome couldn't be a bad person, so she didn't think she was in danger.

Goku, for his part, didn't feel any hostility coming from him, so he didn't see any reason to worry.

Akira smiled as he saw the girl approaching, then he said "I heard about it, but I didn't know the Ox King had one... You're not thieves, so you can rest assured that you won't be killed, but as for the dragon ball, it would be better if you gave it up" His voice was calm.

A sigh of relief left Oolong's mouth, he felt as if Akira had removed a sword that was pointing at his throat "Did you hear him Bulma? We better forget about these spheres and get out of..."

As the anthropomorphic pig spoke, he saw that the blue-haired girl was already in front of Akira, saying "You still haven't told us your name, my name is Bulma, I'm 18 years old and I'm single, nice to meet you!" She said, as she extended her hand, to caress his muscular arm.

With a smile on his face, he let her touch him and said "We are the same age and my name is Akira, it's a pleasure to meet you" Without moving away from her, he looked at Goku and said "You must have some training, what's your name?"

'We're the same age, it can only be fate!' Bulma almost hugged his arm, while a look of passion appeared on her face.

"I'm Goku!" The spiky-haired boy said.

Akira gave a slight nod to Goku, before turning his gaze to Bulma 'She's so desperate for a boyfriend at this time, I think that even if I didn't become more handsome, I would still win her over'

"So, Akira... Do you have a girlfriend?" Bulma asked in a seductive voice, as she slowly hugged his arm.

Akira was about to respond, when a voice sounded behind him "Akira! Who is that girl?!"

Everyone looked in the direction of the sound, then saw Chi-Chi's figure, who had an angry and somewhat sad expression.

She could feel her heart ache, as if something was squeezing it.

Bulma just gave the other girl a confused look 'Who is this child?'

Goku scratched his head and didn't mind the new presence in the place. Oolong gave her a look 'Oh! She's prettier than the girls in that village!' He thought.

Akira could see the mixed feelings in Chi-Chi's eyes, so he thought for a moment before answering "Her name is Bulma." Then he pointed to the spiky-haired boy "His name is Goku. And they're here looking for something, which you father probably left in the castle"

Oolong was ready to speak up, as he hadn't been mentioned by Akira, but he fell silent when he understood who the girl who had just arrived was 'She's the daughter of the Ox King!'

Akira's words weren't thrown to the wind, he had some goals when he said that. A simple and honest answer, but it wasn't exactly what was asked.

He knew Chi-Chi was jealous, especially since Bulma was hugging him, so a direct answer wouldn't help the situation, so he made everyone change their focus to something else.

Bulma let go of his arm and looked at the little girl wearing blue armor "So you're the Ox King's daughter?" A smile appeared on her lips.

They had already been discovered, so they knew they needed to convince the Ox King to hand over the dragon ball, and his daughter seemed like a great intermediary for that. There was also a sense of relief in Bulma's heart, as seeing what Chi-Chi looked like stopped her from imagining the Ox King as a monster.

Chi-Chi felt her heart calm down, so she walked over to Akira and took his hand "Akira, I need to talk about something with you and daddy" She started pulling him.

Being ignored, Bulma felt irritated 'That little brat didn't answer me and he's still taking Akira away!'

"I think I need to go... If you want to talk to the Ox King, follow us" Akira said, giving Bulma a long look, then let himself be pulled along.

Chi-Chi was pleased with Akira following her, so she didn't complain, despite not liking him saying they could follow them.

Bulma followed them without hesitation and was followed by Goku. Oolong didn't seem at all comfortable meeting the Ox-King, but after receiving an angry look from Bulma's blue eyes, he chose to follow them, a few meters behind.

With every step Chi-Chi took, her heart beat faster. Her hand that was pulling Akira was gripping tightly through the gloves of her armor.

Akira initially thought she was just making an excuse to get him away from Bulma, but now he felt like she actually had something to say.
