While Goku was meeting with Master Roshi, Akira and the others at Mount Frypan were having lunch.
Everyone was looking forward to Goku's return so that the fire could be put out. Besides Akira, no one was sure how everything would go, so their anxiety was greater.
'I don't know if everything will go exactly the same, but Master Roshi will probably come...' Akira began to think.
He wasn't worried about that, since in the small possibility that history had changed and Goku returned without Master Roshi, he himself could use his Ki to put out the fire.
The reason he didn't offer to put out the fire was because he knew the entire mountain would be destroyed in the process. Akira knew this would happen anyway, but currently the Ox-King and Chi-Chi are hoping Basho-sen will put out the fire without destroying anything.
As long as they have hope in Basho-sen, destroying the mountain and its castle would be a very bad situation.
"Akira" Chi-Chi's voice snapped him out of his thoughts "If that boy really finds Master Roshi, and we finally put out the fire on the mountain, will you live with us in the castle?"
Everyone was having lunch together at the dining table, so they could hear the girl's question, so except for Oolong, who didn't care about it, everyone looked closely at Akira, curious about his answer.
Akira shook his head, denying "I don't plan on staying here for long, in fact I'll probably leave with them"
"You're coming with us!?" Bulma asked in surprise, with a smile on her face. Oolong who was previously uninterested now gave an uncomfortable look.
Chi-Chi was a little hurt, but she quickly said "If you're going to go with them, then I'm going too!"
Akira smiled "If your father lets me, I'll take you with me, of course"
The girl was surprised, she expected a negative answer, or at least that he would set some conditions, but he accepted so quickly.
The Ox King received Chi-Chi's glare and words were not necessary, he knew that refusing would make her sad and angry, so he agreed "As long as you're with Akira, it's fine to go. You were going to leave tomorrow anyway"
A huge smile appeared on Chi-Chi's face. "Thank you, Daddy!"
Akira kept a slight smile on his face 'With Chi-Chi following me, I'll be able to continue training her, with that she can become the strongest Earthling after me'
He had enjoyed training the girl, so he was excited to continue doing so.
Beside them, Bulma didn't seem too thrilled about having that annoying little girl go with them, but she was still very excited about the idea of Akira next, so she didn't complain.

Hours had passed, the sun was approaching the horizon, but still without touching it. Akira left the house, followed by everyone else.
Their eyes looked up to the sky and there was Goku, coming towards them, on his golden cloud.
"It's really Goku!" Bulma's surprised voice sounded almost like a scream and her gaze focused on Akira, who was in front of her "How did you know he was coming?"
"I felt his Ki... And Master Roshi will be arriving soon too" Akira replied calmly.
The truth is that he had sensed Master Roshi initially, but he already knew that Goku would arrive first.
While Bulma was confused about what Ki was, the Ox King had already run to the boy on the cloud, who had already arrived very close to them "Goku, did you get Basho-sen?!" He asked excitedly and anxiously.
He had heard Akira say that Master Roshi was coming, but his anxiety made him impatient.
Goku shook his head "No, Master Roshi said he lost it. But it's okay, he said he'll deal with the fire"
"Master has a way to put out the fire without Basho-sen? How great!" The Ox King cheered, after a little fright upon hearing about Basho-sen being lost.
Just a few seconds later, a new figure appeared in the sky, spinning at high speed, until finally landing next to them.
"Master!" An excited shout came from the Ox King's mouth, who ran towards the old man who appeared on top of a turtle.
Standing up dazedly, the old man with the white beard and sunglasses raised his hand, signaling to wait a moment.
He swayed a little, as if he was about to fall, but after a short while he was steady on the ground. The turtle he had brought began to spin and fly, then flew away.
Master Roshi stretched his hunched back, making some cracking sounds ring out. "Traveling like this is very uncomfortable, lucky I hadn't eaten anything before, or I would have thrown it all up..." He grumbled.
Akira felt someone poking him below his ribs, then saw Chi-Chi giving him a look of disbelief "This old man is the greatest martial artist in the world? He doesn't look strong at all!" Her voice was low as a whisper.
Akira's eyes stared at the old man for a moment 'Indeed, if one were to judge by his appearance, he doesn't even look worthy of being a retired fighter, but that Ki...'
Master Roshi's Ki was much greater than the Ox King's, to the point that they could not be compared. Akira was not very experienced, but he felt that if there was a fight between master and disciple, it would all end in an attack.
"Yes, he is quite strong, but we can overcome him with some training" Akira replied, with a soft smile.
His words made it very clear how casual this was, as if surpassing the old man in front of him was nothing.
Chi-Chi nodded with an excited smile 'Even if this old man is strong, he must not be as good as Akira, or else daddy would have learned to fly!'
Akira had taught her how to fly in just a few days, even though she could still only float, it wouldn't take her long to fly effectively, but her father had never learned how to fly, which meant that Master Roshi hadn't taught him that. So comparing that, the girl thought Akira was a much better teacher.
In the meantime, the old man had completely stabilized himself, getting rid of his nausea. He looked at the Ox King in front of him, then said "Gyumaoh, I've heard quite a bit about you these past few years, it seems like you've been killing a lot of people, is this something that's right for you?"
The giant man quickly bowed respectfully "No, master! I was wrong to do that!"
"Treasures are valuable and it's fine to have them with you, but slaughtering people to protect them isn't worth it" The old man said with his calm gaze.
The Ox King bowed even lower "Master is right! As soon as the mountain fire is put out and I can return to the castle, I will immediately get rid of all my treasures!"
Master Roshi raised one of his eyebrows "Don't do something so stupid! I said killing is wrong, but you don't have to lose your treasures" Then his gaze turned to the burning mountain "But what really disappointed me is that you couldn't handle it yourself..." A sigh left his mouth, as he shook his head in disappointment.
Akira agreed in his mind 'I don't know if it would really be possible to put out the fire without destroying the mountain along with it, but the Ox King has the strength to destroy the mountain, if he knew how to do a Ki attack...'
As he thought this, the old man approached the spiky-haired boy and whispered "Aren't you forgetting something, boy?"
Goku looked confused, but he quickly remembered "Oh, right! I'll talk to her"
The boy then ran to where Akira and the others were and said "Bulma, Master Roshi wants to ask you something"
The girl frowned 'Does this old pervert really want something like that time?' She looked at him in disgust.
Akira heard that and had already expected it, so he looked at the old man, who was clearly eyeing Bulma, with a perverted expression on his wrinkled face.
Akira's hand gently landed on the blue-haired girl's shoulder "It seems his reputation as a pervert is true. Don't worry, I'll go with you" A confident smile was plastered on his face.
Bulma's cheeks flushed for a second, but she quickly returned to normal, but now there was a relieved expression on her face "Thank you!"
Chi-Chi looked at this with a hint of jealousy, but didn't say anything as she watched the three of them head towards the old man.
When Master Roshi noticed Akira coming along, practically hugging Bulma, his gaze became tense "Kid, I told you to call only the girl" He said to Goku, before looking at Akira "Young man, wait there with the others, this is a private matter"
The old man tried to sound calm, but Akira could feel his nervousness, as if his plan was hanging by a thread. With a smile on his lips, Akira said "Bulma doesn't seem very comfortable with a private conversation, so I'll stay by her side, but don't worry, I'm good at keeping secrets, so you can say whatever you want"
A frustrated grimace appeared on the old man's face 'Who is this boy? Her boyfriend? Wasn't he with them last time...'
Bulma was smiling, satisfied with how nervous the old man had become.
Seeing how hesitant the old man was, Akira sighed and said "If you can't say it in front of me, then it's better to leave it alone, don't you think?"
Master Roshi's situation was getting worse, he couldn't insist on asking to speak to Bulma alone, and he wasn't willing to ask in front of Akira.
It wasn't that he was afraid of Akira, he just wanted to hide his perverted acts from others, especially his disciple, and he thought that Akira would tell the Ox-King. Besides, Akira could probably make Bulma refuse his request.
The old man spent some time thinking until he came up with an idea 'I'll put out the fire first, then have Goku tell him about our deal, so no one can refuse!' A smile of victory appeared on his dry lips.
"We can talk about this later! For now, let me deal with all this fire!" Master Roshi quickly shifted his focus to the flames.
Chi-Chi and the Ox King were oblivious to the old man's impure desires, so they just got excited about him finally going to put out the fire.
Master Roshi slowly unbuttoned the buttons on his shirt, then took it off completely as he walked over to some rubble. His body was so thin that his rib bones were clearly visible.
If it weren't for Akira confirming the old man's strength, Chi-Chi would have been sure that he was very weak.
"Let's go!" Master Roshi climbed onto the rubble, staring at the burning mountain "I'll send those flames away with my Kamehameha!"
He took a deep breath, which seemed like something normal, but not in Akira's eyes, who thought 'He's increasing his Ki really fast...'
With a short scream coming out from the old man, his body that looked like a bag of bones transformed. His body had become very muscular, to a superhuman level.
As everyone looked on in shock and surprise, Akira smiled excitedly 'As I thought, this technique seems a bit like the Kaioken. But it should clearly be much lower... The increase in power should be somewhere between 30% to 50%'
"Ka..." The old man began to chant, as he joined his hands together, concentrating his Ki into them "Me..." The ki began to emerge as a large blue sphere, which became increasingly dense "Ha..." He pulled his arms back, as if he were carrying the momentum "Me..." Then he pushed with everything he had towards the mountain "Ha!!!"
A huge beam of Ki shot towards the burning mountain, causing everyone to stare in shock at that intense glow, followed by a huge explosion.
