Crisp rain fluttered with wind slipped into night,
and sprinkled from gray cloud covered daylight,
when student passed through bridge with umbrella,
and encountered beauty with aroma.
Crisp rain sprinkled with mist veiled in south sight,
and rippled stream surface with gleam of light,
when student came with beauty to shelter,
and lit burning bonfire warmed each other.
Rainbow emerged in air after rainfall,
and cloud blossomed like daisy bloomed in fall,
when student came outside under willow,
and breathed in scent of grass from green meadow.
When student came inside shelter again,
and found beauty was gone like dream, like rain.
