Exercise 4: Object Reading in Nature
Psychometry isn't limited to man-made objects—natural elements, such as stones, trees, and water, also carry energy. This exercise will guide you in reading the energy of natural objects, helping you connect with the earth's ancient memories.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Choose a Natural Object: Go to a park, forest, or beach and find a stone, shell, or piece of wood that draws your attention. Hold it gently in your hands.
Tune into Its Energy: Close your eyes and focus on the object in your hands. Feel its texture, weight, and temperature. Imagine its energy slowly flowing into your body.
Visualize Its History: Try to sense the age of the object and the natural events it may have witnessed. Imagine the stone sitting in place for centuries, absorbing the energy of the earth, the weather, and the people who may have passed by.
Receive Impressions: Be open to any thoughts, images, or feelings that arise. You might sense the object's connection to ancient times or feel the life force that flows through it.
Journal the Experience: Afterward, write down any impressions you received. Reflect on the connection between natural objects and the energy they hold.
