Create Mental Space: Continue focusing on your breath, allowing yourself to enter a state of deep relaxation. Imagine your mind expanding, creating an empty, clear space where insights can arise.

Invite Higher Wisdom: Silently ask for guidance from your sixth sense. Say to yourself, "I am open to receive insight." Don't expect an immediate response—just maintain the calm space in your mind and be open to whatever arises.

Receive and Reflect: Pay attention to any sudden thoughts, images, or feelings that arise during or after the exercise. These may come in subtle flashes, but trust that they are guiding you. Afterward, take a few minutes to write down any impressions you received.
