Divine power circulates within Hades, growing steadily as he waits for his opportunity. Yet, amidst the stillness, he feels something drawing him in.
"What is this?"
"What is it that calls to me?"
In a daze, Hades sensed a dark purple light emerging from the eternal darkness, as if it were wrapping around him.
"Hmm…"
As the dark purple light enveloped him, Hades felt his consciousness slipping away.
Slowly, when Hades awoke again, he understood everything. "The magic star, the power that belongs to me alone. Under its guidance, I have found my only chance."
With the magic star's guidance, his divine power surged once more. Hades realized that with time, his divine power would reach its peak, and that would be his best and only chance.
The years of cultivation felt long.
With the magic star's help, Hades' divine power improved rapidly.
Suddenly, he jolted awake from his meditation.
The endless darkness tore apart once again.
This time, Hades recognized that his opportunity had arrived, his only chance.
Brilliant! Ancient! Perfect! These words barely scratched the surface in describing the temple that stood before him. Within it sat a figure who appeared to be a fourteen- or fifteen-year-old boy, with black hair and a disheveled look, draped in a dark divine robe that radiated power.
His identity was unmistakable.
Titan King: Cronus!
He ruled the heavens, earth, underworld, and seas, the supreme king of the gods. No one could defy the will of the Titan God King.
Then, a faint dark purple light appeared again. Following its guidance, Cronus hesitated for a moment.
In the next instant, a figure emerged from Cronus' mouth, landing gracefully before him.
With long, jet-black hair that seemed to draw from the endless darkness, and a dark robe draped over their form, the figure appeared to be around eighteen or nineteen years old. Was it a man or a woman? It was impossible to tell from appearance alone.
They were stunningly perfect a beauty that was breathtaking and a handsomeness that could hardly be overstated.
Future Pluto: Hades!
Standing tall, Hades slowly raised his head to meet the gaze of his father seated on the throne. "It's my first time meeting you, Father. My name is Hades."
"Hehehe"
Cronus chuckled, clearly amused. "How interesting, Hades. You managed to develop a will within my body. The moment I opened the seal, you escaped under the guidance of the magic star. Quite remarkable, my eldest son."
His words dripped with admiration, pride swelling within him for his son.
Hades replied coolly, "Thank you for your approval, Father."
"No need for thanks. However, I'm curious how do you plan to leave this Titan Temple?"
The smile on Cronus's face was playful. Escaping the seal was just the first step. Hades had potential, but getting out of this temple was a different challenge altogether.
To know! Within the Titan Temple resides the supreme Titan God King, along with the 11 Titan Lords outside. Escaping the seal meant leaving a safe haven and stepping into the most dangerous territory.
"I don't know" Hades admitted, shaking his head. "I have no idea how I'll leave, but I know this is my only chance to break free from the seal. If I survive and manage to escape later it will all feel meaningless."
"Hahaha"
Cronus laughed heartily. "Indeed! Hades, you speak wisely. Zeus is like fate itself, breaking away from the seal. If you wait for Zeus to rescue you, you'll lose your chance to compete for the title of God King."
He continued, "If you take one step too late, you'll continue to fall behind."
Cronus's voice rang clear, as if he controlled everything in this moment.
Just then, a voice knelt before him.
A beautiful woman with long, ice-white hair had fallen to her knees, clad in a flowing white dress. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she cried, "Your Majesty! Your Majesty! I don't know why this is happening!"
"Enough," Cronus said gently to his wife, Rhea. "This is the curse of the Father God. As the primordial Father God, his curse is like fate itself. You are no longer the same."
"It's all right."
"I am the supreme God King."
"I am the Titan God King."
"I am Cronus."
"Even if Zeus is the Child of Destiny…"
"And Hades has broken the seal…"
"So what?"
"I will never fail."
Cronus's voice remained calm, yet it was filled with an arrogance that emanated from his very soul, compelling others to submit. Just hearing him spoke ignited an impulse to kneel in worship.
The supreme God King, Cronus.
