Belle immediately remembered that she had just set the storage on fire as Zenon had finish speaking. She had chance of leaving the brothel before the fire caught the attention of everyone inside, she could not waist it and stand around ding nothing, she immediately turned away and started running.
Zenon watched her as she ran, his interest in her only growing stronger, he was curious to see if her plan would actually work out, It was rare to meet a woman so bold as to burn down the brothel just to have her freedom even when everyone around her had accepted their lives as slaves, he had to commend her.
Zenon made haste to move away from the storage , he knew the fire would only increase when the majority of the bottles began to break and the alcohol would aid in the fires growth.

Belle watched as the bells of the brothel rang of signaling that a fire had broken out, the guards of the brothel immediately ran to see what was going on, the people inside where immediately evacuated from the brothel, Belle took the chance to sneak past the busy guards and over to the front gates.
she had thought of going through the back gates but it was locked and if she should try to make her way through she would eventually get caught by Rubin's guards in no time. Going through the front was her only option even though it was risky knowing she could get caught or noticed since everyone would be trying to run out of the brothel and away from the fire but it was the only option she had.
She made it out of the gate and unto the yard where people packed their carriages and by the side where Rubin would keep his horses, behind the bars where the horse where kept was the forest , she just had to make it though the yard of hoses unnoticed and unto the forest and she would be free.
She had made her way half way through the yard, and just little more and she would be free, she had made her way across the yard and was about to cross the bar when she noticed a man and a woman from the corner of her eye.
She turned to get a better look but quickly regretted her actions.
What was Maya doing at the brothel and with a palace guard, just then their eyes had met, but she knew better than to run to her and ask for help instead she ran to the other side and crossed over the bar, wasting no time to run into the dark forest before her.
Maya was also shocked to see belle running away, she had made the decision early in the day to check the brothels in town if belle was sold to any one and this was the third brothel she had visited this night only for her to actually see belle running away, she snapped out of her thoughts and immediately fan after belle ,her guard following closely behind her.
Seeing as she was running away, meant it was easy to shut her up forever and no one would know what had happened to her, this was the only way she thought to silence belle.
"Don't let her get away "Maya ordered her guard ,which was already ahead of her, the guard was half way through the horses and was bout to jump across the bar, but there was a loud crash and a wooden hard board had blocked his way through.
"Oh how clumsy of me ,It must have slipped through my fingers" Zenon said as he looked at the soldier with a sly grin plastered on his face.
Maya and her soldier looked at the man who had just spoke, as soon as they laid eyes on him ,they were surprised to see him here, even more surprised at what he had just did, It was clear that it was no accident and if the guard wasn't fast enough he would have being injured.
"How dare you an illegitimate son pick a fight with the servant of the king," Maya said. Zenon had moved her attention away from belle as he tried to interfere.
Zenon completely ignored Maya as she kept on ranting, he couldn't care who she was, or she worked for, he looked into the forest to see how far belle had gone, but with how dark the night was he couldn't see a thing, added to the thick trees of the forest made it hard for him to see where she had ran off to, but he was relaxed knowing she had made it out.
"What are you even doing here , I never knew you to be the type to chase after whores, Maya said, angered even more thinking of how she had approached this man in the past but he turned her down and even insulted her, and here he was in a brothel."
