Seven had known about the stats, but he was literally uneducated about the Skills and the Ultima Coins.
Although it was certain that every Vanquisher gains a Skill after vanquishing their first Vessel, he only wanted a description of his Skills and that of his Vessel, the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat.
As for the Ultima Coins, well, Seven has never heard of anything like that in his life... It was certainly not an aspect of a Vanquisher's progression in Terraverde.
It was clearly from the Ultimate Evolution System.
"Please, can I have a description of all the Skills?" Seven asked.
[Description of all acquired Skills requested.]
[Skills Description request accepted.]
[Vanquisher Skill: Telepathy, Share, Refuge (C-level).]
[Telepathy Description: You have the ability to communicate with your Vessel at any time, understanding its feelings, mood, and language. This Skill activates when your Vessel speaks.]
[Share Description: You have the ability to share the rewards of your Vessel 50-50, giving you an absolute half share of it. This Skill activates when your Vessel gains a reward.]
[Refuge Description: The ability to summon a shield to guard and block attacks from enemies. When activated, this shield will guard both you and your Vessel. This Skill activates in an incoming attack.]
[Vessel Skills: Luminous Whiskers (D-level), Clawplay (E-level), Copycat.]
[Luminous Whiskers Description: The ability of the Vessel to sense dangers and hidden pathways. When activated, the whiskers of the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat would glow light red. When it's green, it could mean that there is no danger or a fast link to a particular destination.]
[Clawplay Description: The ability of the Vessel to launch attacks with its claws against an enemy. When the level of this Skill increases, the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat can fire its claws at an enemy from a far distance, gaining new claws at that instant.]
[Copycat Description: The ability of the Vessel to copy other Skills based on its current rank. When the Vessel gets stronger, the level of this Skill shall increase, creating a wide chance to copy stronger Skills.]
After having the description of the Skills, Seven was filled with a lot of knowledge. He came to understand that not all Skills had levels.
The Telepathy and Share Skills was actually a Skill that didn't need to be leveled up due to not having a specific peak point. Gaining half of his Vessel's reward was crazy, and communicating with it was unbelievable as well.
Only the Refuge Skill needed to level up due to the variety of powerful attacks that could be launched. For instance, the attack of an Advanced-tier Vanquisher wouldn't be as powerful as the attack of an Elite-tier Vanquisher, so there would always be a specific power level of a shield to defend a specific attack.
In the ranks of Vanquishers, there are seven tiers...
People like Seven who hadn't gained up to 100 Evo Units are ranked as Primal-tier Vanquishers. This set of people basically couldn't possess any magical ability at this stage... They were also known as the Adepts, who culturally sought Vanquishing education in the Vanquishers' Universities.
When they finally gain a hundred Evo Units, they become Advanced-tier Vanquishers, obtaining the ticket of graduation from the Vanquishers University and the start of their career as a Vanquisher.
The other upper ranks are the Elite, Apex, Master, Grandmaster, and Ultimate.
No one had been able to reach the Grandmaster-tier rank, much less the Ultimate-tier. The Ultimate-tier rank was generally considered Godhood, even though no one had ever reached that stage.
It was probably a very devastating level of one's progress as a Vanquisher, however, it seemed impossible.
For the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat, Seven was quite amazed with its Skills. Although it would need a lot of effort to level up these Skills, Seven had no problem with that.
After all, that was the duty of a Vanquisher: to make his/her Vessel one of the strongest on the planet.
The Copycat Skill was what amazed him the most... In Terraverde, Vanquisher actually bought Skill Books to teach their Vessels apart from the actual Skill they gain after the Vanquishing.
Generally, a Vessel gains only one Skill after getting vanquished, but the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat got three, surprisingly.
Even the Vanquishers get just one Skill after a successful vanquishing, but Seven had gained three just like the Cat.
These had made him pretty confused, although he was glad. What he could only say was that the Ultimate Evolution System was tripling his achievements in some aspects...
Literally, it had came to transform his life.
"Now I can't wait to shake the world!" Seven shouted with a wide smile.
He walked to the Cat and carried it back to his arms. The Cat was just a small creature the size of a bowl... As a Star-0 Pet, it was still in the bottom stage of its growth...
However, Seven didn't seem to be underestimating this Vessel anymore. At least not as at the same level as before.
MEOW!
"I proved to you that I'm not weak, I'm just small!"
The Cat said while they continued their journey.
"Ah! Maybe," This was only what Seven could say.
MEOW!
"Even if a dragon attacks, I will kill it!"
This time, Seven couldn't help but laugh out loud.
"HAHA! You foolish Cat, I'm sure you have no idea what a dragon is. Anyway, dragons can only be seen in the ruined lands in the West."
MEOW!
"I want to go there!"
Seven shrugged.
"What?!"
MEOW!
"I said I want to go to the ruined lands!"
The Cat said those words again as if seriously speaking. However, Seven only shook his head and chuckled.
"I know you want to die, but I wouldn't let you die now. Not without gaining a second Vessel," he said.
The Cat tried to convince him to visit the ruined lands, but Seven insisted that he wouldn't step his foot there alone or with just his Pet.
At a moment, the Golden-horned Silver-furred Cat gave up, though disappointed.
Even most Advanced-tier Vanquishers wouldn't dare to enter the ruined lands for it was dangerous. It was the only place where the Vessels dominated in Terraverde.
The home of Beasts.
Sometimes, Advanced-tier Vanquishers were brought here for a mission. If they could survive in the ruined lands for weeks, then they would be allowed to venture out of Terraverde into the otherworldly dimensional realm that only the strongest of Vanquishers dared to visit.
The Badlands.
