Smoke blends with the clouds, lost on the horizon. Demigem is seen amidst flames, and in the darkness, a smile emerges, like a conductor of chaos reigning over that village, disappearing into the same darkness. The slime attack is interrupted by a gigantic pressure, the remains of the houses around the scene fall and the slimes, unable to move, are pressed to the ground. In agreement with everything, Gachuti stands up. Fear... To flee... That was all the slimes tried to do, for evil was what exhaled from Gachuti's smile.
Some time before...
"Where... Where am I? Where's the village?"
Gachuti, in pure confusion about the situation, finally realizes that he was in an environment completely covered by darkness and it was strange how his body felt floating as if there were no ground. However, a faint smell of death invaded Gachuti's nose and, upon looking closely, blood... There was a lot of blood that formed a path and followed with his head to a being with its back to him.
"Who's there?"
Responding to his voice, the being's head turns, those spiky hair in a dark red tone with their black tips, wearing clothes similar to Gachuti's.
"That means..."
Tears roll down his face, stopping in the air and floating, as his head turns downward.
"I failed and now I'm face to face with death, I apologize."
"No, you can still live."
"What!?"
There was a distance between the two, however, in a few steps the being was already in front of Gachuti and, placing his hands on his face, lifting his head, the being's large nails lock into his face.
"Let me have permission to use the body."
After the words were spoken, the astonishment is visible in Gachuti, even so his head tries to escape from the being's hands, however, like steel, the hands did not move.
"Gachuti, you have to think logically that everyone in the village is dead or there are few survivors."
"No, no."
In that darkness, drops fell and floated, tears that flowed from Gachuti's face, while memories enveloped his mind.
"However, if you want to leave alive in memory of them."
"Never, I prefer to die knowing that I wasn't the monster they feared I would become."
The being's face becomes disappointed, releasing Gachuti's face, turning around and starting to disappear into the darkness of that place.
Thijou, instead of running away with Shin's help, sent me to save me why? Why?
"I accept."
In the present.
"Thanks, Gachuti, and now..."
Searching for something only with his eyes, finally his gaze fixed on a slime, which he walks towards.
"Why are you like this? Don't tell me you're scared? Hahaha."
Crouching down, grabbing the slime's core and still with the core in his hand, he stands up.
"Behold... This is what the fearful deserve."
His mouth opens and inside there was only darkness that emanated outward, leaving the core between his jaws and, without any remorse, he closes his mouth taking a piece of the core.
"You've gone too far."
An increasingly dense darkness, shining in the moonlight as if made of black metal, formed an armor on his arms.
"Claws model dark armor, you can come."
The pressure on the slimes disappears and instinctively they retreat, but stop and advance spinning their bodies, being hit by punches, cuts from the sharp claws and even crushed.
"Ha ha, what fun, but let's increase the dose."
His body shoots off as he attacks the slimes. Gachuti's skin is heated by the morning sun and his eyes open to the discomfort of the light.
"Where am I?"
A pain runs through his body and, looking, he sees himself lying on hundreds of cores.
