A few minutes later.
"I'm here!" – A young man swung his arm as he walked towards the table.
The young man was wearing light and discreet clothes, with a glove on his left hand and, apparently, a backpack on his back, something caught Gachuti's attention, but he couldn't see it from a distance.
"Hey, Ghost... Wait, are you sleeping again?" – He was clearly annoyed.
As the young man approached, even though he was nervous, you could see his long ears and heterochromia, he was undoubtedly the elf from earlier, however, in a quick and accurate movement, the hooded man's head was hit by a punch.
"What was that for?" – He put his hand to his head, as he lifted his head.
"What do you mean? Are you still complaining? You were supposed to wait for me, instead, you were sleeping." – He accused, pointing a finger at the hooded man.
"And is that a reason to punch me?"
"As if I hit you hard." – He crossed his arms and turned his head, it was evident that he just wanted to avoid the question.
The atmosphere at that table seemed about to explode, and the discussion was about to turn into a fight, however, in reality, it was just the way the two of them were.
"Hello, it's nice to meet you."
Curious about the interruption and introduction, the elf's gaze turned to Gachuti who was smiling and finally noticing his presence at the table.
"Huh? Who are you?" – The surprise was clear on the elf's face.
"I am..." – The hooded man entered Gachuti's speech at that moment, finishing it himself.
"This young man is coming with us on the Dungeon mission."
The elf's eyes turned to Gachuti seeking some affirmation, which he received with a nod. Taking a deep breath in and out, after that his gaze returned to the hooded man.
"Ghost, explain to me this nonsense, you know we're gold rank, we can't just accept anyone like that." – He said, as he uncrossed his arms.
"Okay, okay, first of all he's gold rank and secondly, we need at least 3 to accept the mission..."
For a moment that scene reminded Gachuti of the time he met Rosary and Thijou, it ended up making him laugh, interrupting the elf and the hooded man.
"What's so funny?" - he asked, turning to Gachuti.
"Nothing, I just remembered two incredible people."
This time it was the hooded man who let out a laugh, reminding the elf of his argument with him, however, the elf took a breath and turned.
"At least you could tell me your name?"
"What do you mean? Don't you remember me, from the inn?"
"Hmmm..." – With his hand on his chin, he tried to remember, but obviously from his face, he didn't remember.
"You don't remember, do you?"
"No, not at all." – He said with all sincerity.
"My name is Gachuti Blood." – He said slightly suspiciously and introduced himself.
Hearing his name, the hooded man reacted by turning his head in his direction, stopping for a moment.
"Gachuti of the New Life meaning?"
"Huh? Actually no."
The elf found the man's question strange and looked at him with a doubtful face, while he shrugged and shook his head.
"Speaking of which, your name is Ashia, right?"
"How come Ghost didn't tell me about me?"
"Actually, I didn't even know his name."
"You didn't even introduce yourself, did you?" – The elf, serious and irritated, looked at the man.
"That's not important."
"Of course it is! Especially for a group."
"But..."
Another punch was given to the man by the elf, who turned to Gachuti with a big smile on his face and a confident look.
"My name is Ashia, I'm a shooter and this is Ghost, an assassin."
"Enough introductions." – The hooded man got up and went to the attendant to accept the mission.
