"But I'm only 17, I'm not yet qualified to -" she began. "I don't care, no one in their right mind would be willing to serve that woman! I'll make the arrangements now get out of my sight!" Yuza cut her off. Arrare left the room in a fit of rage. Why were they acting like that? She didn't mind being Miss Sasha's aide though, she'd do her very best to assist her instead.
The next day.
"Luc" Sasha called . "Miss?" he bowed politely. "Uhm, does the Palace have a library? she asked. Today was a brand new day in this strange world. Instead of sitting around doing nothing but waiting for that weird shaman, she wanted to visit a library. She hoped she might find many books that may just contain a way to get back home or even learn how this new world worked. "Ah yes Miss, the library is in the West Wing of the Palace"
"You mean like outside?" she gulped. "Well, technically we would have to step out a bit, but it's still within the walls of the Palace." he tried to assure her. "Would you still like to go there, Miss?" he asked unsure. As much as she was planning on keeping a low profile and avoiding anymore people here, she was more desperate to get home than save face. "Yes! I would."
"Oh! Miss Sasha, are you headed somewhere?" they bumped into Arrare on their way. "Ah, yes I'm off to the library." she smiled at the girl. Noticing that Arrare was stealing glances at Luc who was standing behind her, she smiled. "Oh right, Arrare this is Luc, my personal guard, and Luc this is Arrare, my new friend. " she introduced them both to each other.
"It's nice to meet you, Miss Arrare." Luc gave a slight bow. "The pleasure is all mine." Arrare curtsied as well, bright red as a tomato. She chuckled when she noticed Luc's ears had turned red as well.
