"It's you" she looked up from the book she was reading. "Is there anything I can help you with?" she asked surprised at his visit. "No, I was just wondering why you weren't downstairs for dinner." he said with a blank expression. "Well, I have a lot of books I need to read through that's why." she gestured to the pile of books on the desk. "Of course, but this is the last time anything of this sort should occur. It is rude for a guest to refuse to have dinner with the host, I'll take it you're not aware since you're not from here. Good night." he quipped and quickly left the room. Sasha just stared at the closed door puzzled. "That was weird." she thought then continued reading.
The next day....
"You came" Orion was greeted by a cheerful Sasha taking a seat at the dinner table. "Yes, and I'm sorry for not appearing for dinner yesterday and not informing you personally beforehand, it was rude of me." she offered a sincere apology. "Mhm" he hummed to acknowledge her apology. A few minutes later into their breakfast...
"Would you like a tour of the Palace or the city?" he offered genuinely. "Oh please no, I'll just end up making everyone upset instead." she gave a wry smile. "You don't have to worry, all the staff have been briefed on the current situation." he assured her. "Tch!" she scoffed. "As long as I'm in this body they'll never accept me, for even you it's pretty hard for you to truly believe that I'm not that woman." she laughed at herself bitterly. Having to take responsibility for someone else's flaws and mistakes was extremely unfair but unfortunately, she couldn't do anything about it. But you're right, I can't just stay cooped in my room all day, maybe I'll take the tour later."
Back in her room, Sasha continued reading more of the books. Most of which were about mana and how to harness and control it. The sky began to again and she said goodbye to Arrare and Luc. Satisfied with the day's work she cozied up on the bed and fell into a deep slumber.
