Max's tropical quest
"Anton! Wakey, wakey! Drive me to the mall right now!" Young Master Max declared, shaking the poor butler vigorously.
Anton, a seasoned butler with 2 years of experience managing the whims of the wealthy, groaned softly as he stirred from his deep slumber. His usually impeccable posture was lost, his brow furrowed in confusion. It was still early, far too early for a boy with Max's energy to be awake, let alone demanding a shopping trip.
Max, however, was unfazed. He had one mission: to find the perfect outfit for the upcoming birthday party that is gonna happen TOMORROW. The theme for the party is tropical theme, and the heir wants something shiny, dazzling, and hot—a bright summer outfit that would stand out among the other guests. Max envisioned himself in vibrant colors that would catch the eye and, more importantly, impress the chef he couldn't stop thinking about for the past few days.
"Good thing they chose a tropical theme. It's really summer now, with the sun blazing hot! Look at how high the sun is already!" he exclaimed, not pausing in his efforts to rouse Anton.
After two days of anticipation since Zane's invitation, Max's heart raced at the thought of the party. Tomorrow was Wednesday—the day he had been eagerly waiting for. It was a day off for Max, who had spent the previous evening daydreaming about ways to charm Zane, researching the best flirting techniques online. Tips like "Be confident" and "Show genuine interest" danced in his head, but all he could think about was how to make Zane smile.
Meanwhile, Zane himself was caught in a different kind of dilemma. The thought of attending the party was tempting; he wanted to attend and celebrate Mr. Berny's birthday, enjoy time with friends, and perhaps indulge in some of the delicious food he doesn't cook. But the idea of that certain idiot—Max—being there - gave him a headache. It wasn't that he held any real grudge against Max; rather, it was the heir's junior he couldn't stand. It hurt so much that it left the chef limping for days, which is why he was determined to resolve the issue—if given the chance, he would want to take drastic measures (cutting Max penis).
Despite the frustration, Zane couldn't deny that Max had been on his mind lately. The boy's bright energy and unpredictable antics often sparked a mix of annoyance and intrigue within him. Zane sighed, leaning against the kitchen counter, pondering whether he could navigate the party without having to deal with Max's antics. Yet, the thought of missing out on fun with friends was equally distressing.

"Sir, which would you like to try? This one or this one?" Anton asked, his arms full of hangers. On his left were bright summer clothes bursting with color, while on his right hung darker options that seemed far too dreary for the tropical theme Max had in mind.
"Duh, the bright one, of course!" Max replied with a grin. Considering Max's vibrant fashion preferences, it was a given. Max had always believed that clothes should be as lively as the person wearing them.
Anton tossed aside the dark clothing, a resigned smile on his face, and handed Max a pair of summer clothes—a simple white beachy button-up shirt adorned with golden pine prints on both the sleeves and the bottom. The store staff looked on, unsure if they should intervene in this little fashion show. However, it was clear that Anton had taken over their role, guiding Max with an expert eye.
"MAGNIFICENT! IT SCREAMS AN AURA OF A KING!" Anton exclaimed, clapping his hands together as he praised Max enthusiastically. It was a dramatic flourish that matched his butler's personality, even if the outfit was quite simple. "That one suits you, master."
"Hehe, of course, my lovely butler! It should fit me because I'm fit," Max smirked proudly, his confidence soaring. He strutted back toward the fitting room, already envisioning how he would turn heads at the party. This was just the first outfit he tried on; there were dozens more to go, all with the same pattern, just different color.
"BENEVOLENT! MIGHTY AND SUPERNOVA! I THINK THIS ONE IS PERFECT FOR YOU TO WEAR TO THE PARTY, MASTER!!" Anton continued to shower Max with extravagant compliments as he tried on outfit after outfit. Max grinned widely, loving the attention and praise from his devoted butler. He even winked at the staff member who had been supervising them, causing her to blush and quickly look away.
After half an hour of trying on clothes, Max and Anton finally settled on the very first summer outfit he had tried on. "I'm so happy with what I bought! They're going to drool when I arrive tomorrow!" Max exclaimed, taking a big bite of his extra-large shawarma, completely forgetting about eating elegantly in the excitement of the moment. They had ducked into a small restaurant in the mall called 'D Best Shawarma.' Max wasn't picky when it came to food; he enjoyed whatever was prepared by their private chef without complaint. However, when it came to clothes, Max transformed into a completely different person. He would go to war over his wardrobe, insisting that every piece be not only expensive but also branded.
"Where are we going next, young master?" Anton asked after swallowing his food, eager to ensure the day's shopping continued smoothly.
"Hmmm…" Max thought for a moment, his brow furrowing in concentration before responding with a bright smile, "Let's go to the Calvin Klein store. I want to buy something there."
"Okay." After finishing their meal and taking a brief moment to rest, they headed to the store Max mentioned. It didn't take long before they were on their way home, but the clock had already crept up to around 4 PM when they returned to the penthouse. They had left that morning, but their shopping spree had consumed the entire afternoon.
Instead of heading home after Calvin Klein, Max had insisted on visiting nearby luxury stores like Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and even Tom Ford. His enthusiasm for fashion knew no bounds, and he even bought extra items to enhance his aesthetic—a sleek leather flip-flops and a pair of sunglasses from Gentle Monster that added a dash of mystery to his ensemble.
"Ugh, I'm tired," Max said dramatically as he flopped onto his plush bed, arms spread wide as if he were embracing the softness. "Can you massage my back, Anton?" he ordered, turning around and removing his shirt, eagerly waiting for his butler's hands to work their magic on his back.
With a resigned but affectionate sigh, Anton complied, kneading the tension out of Max's muscles. The rhythmic pressure from Anton's hands allowed Max to relax deeply, and within minutes, he drifted off to sleep, the exhaustion from the day's events finally catching up to him.
It seemed like he had an exceptional beauty rest, as he woke up the next day bursting with energy, his eyes sparkling and bright as he prepared for the party. Max hopped out of bed, ready to face the day with all the enthusiasm of a summer morning, mentally rehearsing how he would dazzle everyone with his stylish new outfit and, most importantly, catch Zane's eye. The anticipation of the day ahead filled him with a giddy excitement, making it impossible to stay still as he prepared for the celebration.
