Chereads / A F**ked Up Reincarnation / Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Mythical Freaks

Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Mythical Freaks

Satoshi began to swim toward the surface, hearing a song coming from above, but he ignored it and continued to swim until he reached the shore. He sat by the edge of the lake, trying to gather his thoughts. In front of him was a waterfall, and behind where the water fell, there was a silhouette on the rock.

As Satoshi looked across the lake, he noticed a mesmerizing silhouette behind the cascading water of the waterfall. The figure was seated gracefully on a smooth rock, her outline only partially visible through the veil of falling water. The play of light and shadow created an ethereal aura around her.

Her long hair flowed like liquid silk, intertwining with the water's movement as if it were part of the stream itself. The faintest hint of a shimmering tail curled around the rock, its scales catching the occasional glimmer of light through the curtain of water.

The mermaid's posture was elegant, with one arm resting lightly on her knee while the other was raised, her hand gesturing expressively as she sang. Her voice was enchanting, carrying a melody that seemed to blend with the sound of the waterfall, creating a harmonious symphony of nature and magic.

This song seemed to soothe his soul, and the stress of everything he had experienced throughout the day slowly began to fade away. His eyelids started to droop, and his head would drop to the ground unintentionally, jolting him awake each time. He thought to himself:

"I can't sleep here; I'm in the middle of a forest. If I die, I'll end up back with that lunatic!"

But his body wasn't listening to his thoughts. He was becoming increasingly numb, but why was that? Yes, it had been a tough day, but he had been reincarnated. Even though this body looked the same as his previous one, it should be physically refreshed...

Eventually, Satoshi fell asleep. The mermaid silhouette began to approach him. Maybe it was due to the sun's reflection on the water, but it seemed like this mermaid had two tails.

The mermaid approached Satoshi and examined him curiously, then gently tapped his cheeks. Satoshi slowly opened his eyes, and what he saw shocked him. Had his dreams already come true? In front of him was a milf with silky purple hair and a worried expression, looking at him from behind her large breasts.

Satoshi pulled back slightly and sat up. Thousands of thoughts raced through his mind, but not a single word was spoken between him and the mermaid. It was as if their bodies were speaking for them. The mermaid wrapped her arms around Satoshi's waist and pulled him closer, gazing at him with desire, while Satoshi was lost in the mermaid's golden eyes...

Or maybe he was just staring at her breasts.

The mermaid closed her eyes and leaned in to kiss Satoshi. Satoshi wasn't sure if this was a dream, but what did he have to lose? He closed his eyes and slowly leaned in toward her.

*Satoshi*

The moment I closed my eyes I thought 'Yes, yes, yes!! This is happening. Maybe I should have listened to that bitch instead of doubting on her! But anyway, all the pain I've endured up to this point was worth it for this moment!'

But then something occurred to me. Just before I closed my eyes, I was sure I saw two tails over this woman's shoulders. I might be really in a fantasy world or I'm just dreaming, I don't know, but If she is a mermaid, do mermaids supposed to have two tails?

**

Satoshi decided to open his eyes before the kiss, and the sight he saw terrified him to his core.

In front of him was a sea creature with a massive jaw and dozens of sharp teeth, looking down at him with a terrifying grin. It opened its mouth wide, trying to bite Satoshi's head, but he managed to escape at the last moment by leaning back. He tried to push himself away with his hands and feet, but it was futile. The siren's arms were wrapped around his waist...

"I-I don't want to die like this, I don't want to die like this!" thought Satoshi. Despite experiencing death multiple times, the sight before him chilled him to the spine.

The siren crawled over Satoshi and pinned his hands to the ground. After struggling for a while, Satoshi realized he didn't stand a chance against this siren because he couldn't move his hand even an inch...

He closed his eyes, turned his head to the side, blushing, and accepted his fate. As the siren's drool dripped onto his face, he felt a chill run down his spine, every drop of its saliva... A tear started to roll down his cheek...

Or maybe that was just a saliva, I'm not sure.

The siren felt a strange sensation. No prey had ever accepted death so easily, and from a distance, it looked more like a harassment rather than a predator eating its prey.

Satoshi had braced himself for the pain of having his head bitten off, but instead of pain, he heard a voice. It was a deep, raspy voice:

"Hey, can't you at least beg for your life? I'm starting to feel like a pervert"

Satoshi slowly opened his eyes, and the siren's drool got into them. As the drool entered his eyes, his gaze shifted from the siren's face to her breasts. Once again, Satoshi was captivated by what he saw and thought,

'Maybe dying isn't so bad after all...'

Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, the siren started to say something again,

"Hey, are you listening to me?"

With a saintly smile on his face, Satoshi began to spread his arms out to the sides. Even though the siren had pinned his hands to the ground, she couldn't stop him. What was this power? She couldn't stop him...

"Take me, sweet melons... I mean, death."

He closed his eyes, and his cheeks turned red. The siren looked around, unsure of what to do, and thought,

'Did I run into a masochist? Just like me...'

The siren's cheeks flushed, and she started to breathe heavily, lifting Satoshi off the ground and hugging him. As she embraced him, Satoshi began to suffocate in the siren's massive calcium mounds, and he was enjoying it...

Until he ran out of air and began to lose consciousness. This time, he didn't experience a flashback; as he was drowning, Aurora's face appeared before his eyes, and he felt afraid.

Satoshi tried to push the siren away, but it was futile; he didn't have the strength. Where had that earlier power gone? As a last resort, he bit her breasts with all his might.

The siren tilted her head to the sky and moaned in pleasure, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Then she pulled back slightly, clasping her hands over her chest and saying, "I knew you were just like me!"

Freed from the siren's embrace, Satoshi used the siren's shoulders as support to lift himself slightly and delivered a finishing blow with his knee to her chin.

The siren began to fall backward and thought, 'My true love!! I expected nothing less from hi—' then hit her head on a sharp rock by the edge of the lake, lost consciousness, fell into the water, and started to sink, creating bubbles...

Looking at the siren, with only her breasts floating above the water, he felt, 'One day we will meet again...'

He began to move away from the lake and descended into the depths of the forest, After a while he realized there were no trees around him. The sky was completely open above, and he could see it clearly. In a 30-meter area, there was nothing but grass. It was a strange and empty path, but it probably wasn't important...

Since Satoshi had just come out of the water, he was soaking wet, and the wind hitting him in this open area made him feel even colder. He returned to the forested area to gather some twigs and then went back to the open area, hoping that at least in the open space, he could see any approaching animals.

He had never made a fire before, but he had to try. He placed the sticks he had gathered in a pyramid shape on the ground, laid a few leaves at the base, and then started rubbing a stick against a piece of wood he had placed on the ground.

*3 Hours Later*

Despite hours of effort, Satoshi hadn't managed to create even a small ember, and he was freezing. Just then, a bag fell out of nowhere and hit his head, causing him to lose consciousness.

**November 12, 1965, Location ???**

*Crack!*

Regaining consciousness, Satoshi looked around with an unbearable pain in his head and saw a bag beside him. A note was attached to the bag, and it read:

*"I forgot to give you this, oops! -Aurora"*

With his eye twitching, he said, "Fucking witch!" and lost consciousness again when a rock fell on his head.

Where were these rocks coming from? There was absolutely nothing above him...

**December 10, 1965, Location ???**

*Slurrp!*

When he regained consciousness again, Satoshi touched his head and felt wetness. Looking at his hand, he realized that his head was bleeding.

He opened the bag and started searching through it. Inside, there was a sack, a green medieval-patterned outfit, a sleeping bag, and a bag with a few water bottles but there was no bandage in it.

"Bi—" Satoshi was about to curse, but a gust of wind stopped him. After changing his clothes and drinking a few sips of water, he continued trying to light the fire. After struggling until evening, Satoshi finally managed to start the fire.

Just in time! He had succeeded in lighting the fire before going to sleep. Satoshi took the sleeping bag out of the backpack and was about to lay it on the ground when something fell out of the bag.

He bent down, picked it up, and stared at it blankly, (ㆆ_ㆆ) It was a lighter.

Taking a deep breath, he acted as if he hadn't seen anything, lay down, and fell asleep...

*The Next Day*

Satoshi woke up to the ground shaking under him, like an earthquake was happening. When he opened his eyes, he realized he was slowly getting higher and higher... Was he flying? But his feet were still on the ground... He tried to stand up, but he kept falling back down because of the shaking.

He held onto the grass tightly, feeling scared, but what was the worst that could happen? He had already died so many times. Still, he didn't want to die again and end up back with Aurora.

After a while, he was as high as a mountain, and a really loud and deep voice boomed,

*''ABAAAGHHH''*

Satoshi was sure he must be on the back of a giant creature. What else could explain all of this? Satoshi looked ahead. There was a village in the distance, and the creature was quickly heading toward it...

Suddenly, the monster stopped, and Satoshi was thrown forward because of the sudden stop. Unfortunately, holding onto the grass didn't help...

As he fell headfirst, he managed to see the creature from a distance. It was a huge golem, with a head made of grass and arms and shoulders covered in trees. The monster seemed to be punching something invisible, trying to move past it. Shortly after, Satoshi fell into a hole that was lined with stones...

*??? Days Later*

Satoshi opened his eyes, too tired to get out of bed, and looked around. He was in a room that looked like it was from medieval times. After a while, a girl came into the room with a tray of food.

The girl had short black hair just above her shoulders and green eyes. Her chest was even flatter than Satoshi's. She wore loose clothes that looked like something a witch might wear, with black and green colors.

Based on the girl's appearance, Satoshi guessed she was about 3 or 4 years younger than him. She put the tray on a small table next to the bed, looked at him for a moment, saw his eyes were open, and said,

"Venkrin talyss,"

"Venkrin talyss," the girl said again.

Satoshi stared at her with blank eyes, noticing that she looked a bit worried. She spoke once more, "Haldri fyn'loth trisel, jyntala narith."

He thought to himself, 'What the hell are you babbling about? Let alone try to understand you, I don't even have enough energy to move my finger. Please just leave me alone.'

After saying a few more things, the girl left the room. Satoshi looked at the tray she had brought in. It was steaming and smelled delicious. He tried to sit up and managed to get into a sitting position, then grabbed the wooden cup of water from the tray and drank it all.

After having nothing to drink for days, the water finally quenched his dry mouth and it made his headache a bit better. It also gave him a little energy. He tore some bread into the soup and ate with great appetite.

Looking around the room again, he saw the bag that he had gotten from Aurora, by the bed. He reached over and lifted it onto the bed, checking what was inside. Everything was still there. After drinking another bottle of water, he took out the sack and looked inside.

*There was a small note and seven balls in different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, and purple.* Satoshi took out the note and read it:

*''Hey, you rude brat! You're lucky that I, Aurora, the goddess of rebirth and beauty, is a merciful and nice being. I've left these balls for you to use when you're in trouble. For now, you should eat the green one, which will help you talk to the people in that world. Good luck, my dear servant...''*

'The goddess of beauty? since when?!? Well, I have to admit she was a gorgeous MILF. But merciful… nice? Are you fucking kidding me?! You killed me at least ten times for no reason!' Satoshi thought.

With a sigh, he swallowed the green ball and he strapped the sack around his waist. After a while, the girl returned with a large man. He was bald, with a scar over one eye, blue eyes, and thick black eyebrows. The man was so tall that he had to duck to get through the door.

The girl and the man had a conversation:

"Are you sure he didn't understand you, my little angel?"

"Yes, Dad, he was looking at me with a blank stare! And you saw him—black hair and black eyes. He must be a Northerner like you!"

"That's possible... but he's really short, probably mixed..."

At this point, they stopped looking at each other and noticed that Satoshi was finally sitting up. The girl said to her father, "Go ahead, talk to him in the Northern language."

The man sighed, walked over to Satoshi, and sat down next to him. The bed dipped under his weight as he asked, "Can you understand what I'm saying, kid?"

Satoshi thought, confused, 'You're speaking the same language you were speaking with your daughter, old man. What are you talking about?'

Satoshi nodded. The girl looked at her father and asked, "What did you say to him?"

"I just asked if he could understand me."

"So he really is a Northerner, he understands your language, right?"

"It seems so. Anyway, I have work to do at the inn, my dear. I have to go."

The man left the room, but the girl stayed. She looked at Satoshi and asked, "Do you not understand our language at all? How did you get here from the north? Are you on an adventure like my dad? HEY, what's your name?"

Satoshi covered his ears and said, "You don't have to shout; I can understand you perfectly well! And my name is Satoshi."

The girl said with an excited smile, "So you can speak our language too!!"

She was about to continue when a voice shouted from the door, "Hey, Rosie, stop slacking off and get down here to help your old man!"

Rosie waved at Satoshi before leaving the room and said, "By the way, my name is Rosie. Nice to meet you! We'll talk after I'm done working. See you!"

Satoshi thought to himself, 'What nonsense are these lunatics spouting? They speak the same language but say weird things... Ah, whatever.'

He decided to lean back and rest a little more, but then he realized he didn't have a single penny in his pocket and was sure nobody does favors for free. He felt a bit anxious about all this but he gathered his courage and decided to go down and talk to them.

He left his room and headed to the inn's lower floor. As he descended the stairs, he saw the lively and cheerful atmosphere. Villagers were eating, drinking, and chatting. There didn't seem to be any warriors or adventurers around, except for the two big men next to the innkeeper.

Both of them were about 1.90 meters tall, with blond hair and blue eyes. They wore shiny white light armor that allowed them to move easily and had large axes on their backs.

Despite being quite large, these two men looked small next to the innkeeper. The innkeeper was chatting with them, wearing a fatherly smile. Meanwhile, Rosie was in the back, refilling customers' drinks…

Satoshi headed towards them and started walking. Rosie waved at him and called out, "Hey, Satoo! You've recovered quickly. Come over here and have a drink!"

Her father, who was chatting with the two adventurers right in front of her, didn't seem too pleased to see Satoshi. The fatherly smile on his face turned into a stern and angry expression.

Why was he looking at him like that? Satoshi tried to ignore his glare for a while, but he couldn't withstand the pressure any longer. He casually turned toward the inn's door and stepped outside…
