"Mothra I'm here! You wanted to see me?" Godzilla called out, he hoped the kind elegant moth wasn't mad at him for the delay. Even though Mothra was always calm she had the tendency to hide her emotions, but if she was mad about something it was quite obvious. She would snap and hide in the valley, which brings Godzilla to his next question. Why did she want to see him here? Now he's worried did something happen?
The giant lizard came to a stop looking at the flowers gathered around his ally. Mothra was here waiting for him, taking in the sweet scent of the flowers and breeze. This was the perfect timing to have a little talk.
"Mothra..."
"Hello King Of The Monsters, I see you got my message from our friends." Mothra let go of one of the flowers and turned to face the giant lizard.
"I need to tell you something urgent."
"That's why everyone seemed a little worried about you." Godzilla said in a panicking tone. "Are you alright Mothra what's been bothering you let's talk."
Slowly he ran up to her, even though he wasn't daring to tell her this, Godzilla really wanted to embrace her and stay that way until all her worries are washed away.
We defeated King Ghidorah together, the world has been at peace for a while I know it's not over yet because Gigan's still out there, Titanosaurus could be roaming Monster Island as we speak and who knows what other threats lie beyond this island? It's up to us to stop them.
"Godzilla, have you noticed anything strange about the sky lately?"
Hmmm. Godzilla looked up for a while in confusion.
"Just focus on that spiral up there, something's off it was never there to begin with and now there are strange particles forming around it. This can't be King Ghidorah's doing we defeated him." Mothra recalled the scary thunderstorms that occurred within the radius of that strange spiral something wasn't right and she feared for the worst.
The large moth looked at her friend hoping she wasn't seeing things. I can't believe no one's talking about this! If there was an invasion going on Godzilla would always be the first to know.
"Oh yeah... I see it how long has it been here Mothra?" His response made her quiver. What has he been doing all this while?
"You didn't know about this? The spiral's been there for three days are you telling me you didn't look at the sky not even once? Where have you been?!"
Godzilla scratched his head in embarrassment. Oh great now she's mad at me I ruined this precious moment not like this wasn't the first time but oh well. The lizard could feel an aching pain in his heart. It hurt like a cactus prickling his scales continuously.
"Nope I just get up find some fish to eat and hang out with my buddies!"
"Oh my goodness! Godzilla how are you the king we're doomed!" Mothra yelled.
"Chill out Mothra I'm Godzilla everyone knows I'll always find a way!" He gave her a toothy grin.
Mothra narrowed her eyes at him. There was something else she hadn't told him, it's been bugging her lately. But if Godzilla makes a move it might alarm the intruder, giving them room to plan their attacks and get away with it. She wasn't even sure if Monster Island was safe, the moth had been gone for a week to run some errands in space. That was when her encounter with Gigan happened.

"Watch where you're going punk!" The stranger yelled before stopping midflight.
It was Mothra, one of his enemies from Earth.
"Oh it's you! What a coincidence! I was just heading to Earth for some you know surprises!"
Mothra scoffed and glared at him. Like she was going to believe him the guy was a terrible liar anyone could see right through his lies.
"Go back to where you came from Gigan or you'll regret it." Threatening him was no use he had backup she was putting herself at risk.
The alien-looking kaiju smiled menacingly. "That's where you're wrong bug." His red eyes started flashing alarmingly. "You're the one who's going to regret coming here."
Before Mothra could react, Gigan's lazer struck her sending the moth down to the sea drifting away in an unconscious state. The blue kaiju laughed and flew away in the opposite direction, relieved that one of the nuisances were out of the way, now he just had to take care of the other ones.
While she was drifting off to a long slumber on the surface, a head appeared from the deep waters and started moving towards her. "Oh you poor thing." The creature wrapped it's long tail around her and brought her to a nearby island for her to rest. It could only look at her with pity in its eyes wondering what could've caused her to be in such a state. She came from the sky, what was up there and should he be worried too? Whatever it was, Godzilla would be able to handle it and Mothra just needs some time to recover to help out or direct the message to Monster Island before whoever it is starts causing trouble elsewhere or even on the island itself. The serpent-like kaiju had to tell Mothra where the threat went once she wakes up. If only she would by now.
Even though Mothra was here, the almost bare island was eerily quiet. Once a while the seagulls would fight over food but during times like this when the sun was setting, it was just stones and sand. The serpent kaiju felt a little lonely but what matters is that Mothra is safe.

While Godzilla went on about his favorite types of fish and how they taste, Mothra just ignored him she didn't know how to tell him about Gigan and how much danger she had put herself in. How would Godzilla feel knowing she was on another island for three days?! The giant lizard would go berserk!
Regardless, she still had to tell him what happened.
"Godzilla don't let out another victory roar again because this is no time to be celebrating and I don't want my ears to get damaged because of utter foolishness got it?" Knowing how thick-headed Godzilla was, Mothra had to be straight-forward and stern with him. Sometimes she felt bad for hurting his feelings but there was no other option when it came to Godzilla.
Looking at her blankly he nodded, wondering why she was so serious all of a sudden he thought she enjoyed hearing his sharing about the different types of seafood meals.
"Gigan's back and things aren't looking good. Well it is Gigan so what do we expect right? Well just hear what I got to say."
Just as Godzilla was about to respond, he felt an arm wrapped around his shoulder.
"Anguirus! Don't scare me like that!"
"Hahaha! How ya doin Mothra? This big guy's really crazy about you!"
"And he can't stop thinking about you too!" King Caesar added trying to stop Anguirus and Godzilla from knocking each other's teeth out.
Mothra was very annoyed she was cut off by their dumb jokes and teases it was starting to get on her nerves. There was about to be a big announcement which they should know about too and here they are fooling around like children. And Godzilla- why isn't he doing anything doesn't he know how serious the matter is? She could just scream at the top of her lungs any minute now. Instead of her 'bugging them' they're bugging her! It's been going on recently and if only she could build a large fence to block away these morons.
"Hey guys stop! Mothra has something to say so listen up will ya? Gigan's back we need to get ready our lives could be at stake just look at the sky."
"Gigan's here?!" Both Anguirus and King Caesar yelled at the same time causing Mothra to flinch back.
The two kaiju then looked at the sky and gulped. Oh we're screwed Gigan's been plotting this behind our backs. Anguirus thought.
"He's gonna pay for this I'll get him!" King Caesar kicked one of the rocks sending it rolling down the slope. "That jerk won't get away with this! He tried to take over Earth with his freaky Alien friends well that backfired now he's doing it again?! What's that slimeball thinking? He's going to get beaten to a pulp again like last time!"
Godzilla looked at Mothra apologetically he knew what she was feeling right now.
"Mothra tell us we're listening."
