Afterwards, the training grounds started to buzz with renewed energy as the warriors resumed their exercises.
"Yes, Zeta!" The warriors answered in unison, in response to something that their leader had said.
Aiden stood at the center, his chest heaving slightly as he tried to focus on Ethan's instructions.
"Remember, keep your guard up and be at alert as you anticipate your opponent's moves." Ethan called out, his authoritative voice carrying across the field.
"Don't rush to attack. Build up a strong defense while you look out for your opponent's weakness. And when you see any opening, you rush at it." He added, raising a thumbs up.
Aiden nodded, blinking away the spots that danced at the edges of his vision. But that was a futile attempt.
He could feel Roselia's concerned gaze on him, but he stubbornly ignored it. The taste of iron lingered in his mouth, a reminder of his earlier nosebleed.
