"Where are you going?" I asked Aron.
He paused at the foot of the hospital bed. "I'm going to check out, then we can go."
"You're going to check yourself out? The doctor said he had to observe you because of the complications with your heart," I said while getting up and dragging him back to the bed he was supposed to be resting in.
"I'm fine… I just… have a heart that's a little bit different from other people's, that's all. Nothing scary…" But despite his complaints, Aron did indeed sit back on the bed next to me.
