Chapter 17 - 17

It was the fourth day since Freya's escape, and the goblins continued doing what they always did, unaware of Let's secret plan. At the same time, they were oblivious to a group of Visioks haunting them like the sexually transmitted Eish disease.

After sunrise, they left the girls alone and went to sleep. While the goblins slept, Visiok cells began multiplying at a mind-boggling speed. By this point, it was too late for anything; they were already paralyzed from the neck down.

Eventually, all the goblins were subdued, and the Visiok cells began to gather in one place. At first, they formed a sphere, then took on a humanoid shape, and finally transformed into a child who bore a striking resemblance to a ten-year-old Raphiel.

Due to a lack of silicon, most of the bodies went to waste. Furthermore, Let saw himself as a completely different entity from Raphiel, so although he resembled him, there were some differences.

Let consciously controlled the cells and created an outfit for himself. These clothes were still alive, in a way. He went to the room where the girls were held, without any worries about the language barrier, since he had previously understood what the woman said, suggesting that his immunity to the language barrier was a hidden gift from the gods.

As the cellar door opened, Freya trembled in fear again, while the other girls, already accustomed to it, showed no reaction.

Everyone was shocked when they saw that the person entering was not a goblin. It was Let in the form of a child. "Need help? All the goblins inside are dead. I can save you, but if anyone doesn't want to live, don't ask me to kill them."

Everyone stared blankly at Let. The first to snap out of the daze was Freya, who said, "Please help us." Let smiled and tore the ropes binding the girls with his hands. The girls realized Let was the one who killed the goblins, but couldn't understand how he was spotless.

"Why are you still sitting? Are you planning to stay here forever? Let's go."

Following Let's words, the girls stood up. One of them asked, "Where are we going?" Let replied, "I'm just a child and don't know much about the world. Shouldn't you, as my older sisters, guide me?"

Freya glanced first at the goblin remains that looked like they'd been through a meat grinder, then at the seemingly innocent child who claimed to know nothing about the world. Inside, she thought, "If someone this innocent turned the goblins into this, I must be a thousand times more innocent than him."

Freya mentioned that before she was captured, she had been visiting a neighboring village to heal people. The group then decided to head for the village Freya mentioned. Let lay down and closed his eyes. "I'm tired; let's rest a few minutes before we go."

Without a word, the girls patiently waited. Meanwhile, Let began a simulation.

[Day 1: Based on a girl's suggestion, you collected goblin cores and set off.]

[Day 2: When you got hungry, you picked a few leaves and ate them. The girls also thought the leaves were edible, but you stopped them and mentioned that you could eat almost anything organic. The girls were amazed by this trait, then ate fruit from a random tree they found in the forest.]

[Day 3: You asked Freya some general questions about culture. You learned that there were different continents in this world, each with its own power system. The continent you were currently on was known as the 5th continent, a modern fantasy world with no system, and beneath the continent was a massive dungeon. The deeper you went into the dungeon, the stronger the monsters became.]

[Day 4: The village you were heading toward appeared on the horizon. When you entered the village, you were arrested, accused of killing monsters for profit despite not being an adventurer.]

[Day 5: You were handcuffed to the wall with regular cuffs.]

[Day 6: The guards learned that you had killed all the goblins on your own, and the cuffs were replaced with mana-suppressing cuffs. Ironically, these cuffs prevented the wearer from casting spells.]

[Day 7: Since you had no money to pay the penalty, you were sent to a stone quarry.]

[Day 8: You were being transported to the stone quarry in a cart. On the way, you practiced manipulating gravitational force.]

[Day 12: You arrived at the stone quarry. By then, you had mastered controlling your own mass for various purposes. You could attract objects, repel them, and control your own weight.]

[Day 13: While working in the stone mine, you discovered a vulnerability to sound. Within five minutes, you eliminated this vulnerability.]

[Day 14: You were secretly planning a major breakthrough for the future.]

[Day 15: You began secretly attempting to create a dimensional pocket. You encountered numerous obstacles preventing this.]

[Day 16: A cycle formed between working in the quarry and trying to create a dimensional pocket.]

[Day 17: You didn't make significant progress, but at least you made a friend, a man named Frank.]

[Day 18: You didn't make significant progress, but you grew closer to Frank.]

[Day 30: You finally managed to store small objects in the dimensional pocket.]

[Day 31: The capacity of the dimensional pocket increased significantly.]

[Day 40: By a stroke of inspiration, you discovered a way to make the dimensional pocket's space infinite. The dimensional pocket now had infinite space, but it was still uninhabitable for living beings.]

[Day 41: While sleeping, you felt someone caressing your leg and then pulling down your pants.]

[Day 42: You looked at Frank's body, which appeared lifeless as if he were a corpse exposed to the void. You placed the corpse in his cell.]

[Day 43: The guards found the body. It appeared tainted with dark magic, but you knew it wasn't magic. Everyone was alarmed.]

[Day 44: All prisoners were gathered and interrogated. Due to the magic-suppressing cuffs, no one suspected you.]

[Day 45: A priest took the body to the church. Looking at the stars, you had a sudden inspiration and gained an idea of how to place living beings in the dimensional pocket.]

[Day 46: A group of witches raided the stone quarry, intending to recruit the dark mage. The raid happened on the other side of the quarry, so you weren't at risk. The witches carried out a small massacre and fled after failing to achieve their goal. A few minutes after the witches left, paladins arrived.]

[Day 47: You finally achieved your goal regarding the dimensional pocket. You could even have multiple dimensional pockets simultaneously, but the only problem was that you had to touch something to place it inside.]

[Day 48: You eliminated this issue. Now, a single Visiok cell contacting the target was enough. If the target was a bit farther away, you could enclose it along with the surrounding air and trap it in the dimensional pocket.]

[Day 49: You began implementing various security measures to prevent a space-time mage from exploiting the dimensional pocket.]

[Day 50: You continued working toward this goal.]

[Day 100: You had already added all possible security measures. Without a clear objective, you continued working in the quarry, reaching the halfway point of the time required to pay off your penalty.]

[Day 198: You were sold as a slave by corrupt guards. The thing that hurt you the most was believing that the girls you saved hadn't tried to rescue you. In reality, Freya came to pay your ransom ten days later, Elena fifteen days later, and Makana forty days later, as her homeland was a bit farther away. All of them were sent away with various excuses by the guards, who knew they could make much more profit by selling you as a slave since you were strong enough to destroy a goblin lair on your own.]

[Day 199: You saw the man who intended to buy you as a slave. After hearing his condescending words, you decided to leave the simulation. You could have killed this man but chose not to.]

[Please select your reward:]

1- Gravitational Repulsion Force Experience

2- Gravitational Attraction Force Experience

3- Mass Control Experience

4- Dimensional Pocket Experience

Let chose the Dimensional Pocket, as its development was the result of a series of inspirations, and inspiration is not something that can be achieved through hard work. Let's body trembled due to the sudden influx of information. The girls worried for him but were afraid to touch him.

After Let woke up, Makana suggested collecting monster cores, but Let refused, saying he wasn't an adventurer yet. The girls seemed quite surprised that Let wasn't an adventurer.

As they continued down the path, Let asked Freya about various types of magic. Freya explained that magic was a secret among nobles and that they only shared the basics with the common folk. If a commoner became a successful mage, they were granted a noble title by the king.

When Let asked if there was magic for storing objects, Freya mentioned space-time magic and the existence of artifacts with this property. "So, is it possible to store a living being using space-time magic?"

"Such extreme actions are impossible for humans. Only gods and demigods connected to space-time can perform such acts, but I'm not sure if it's the same on other continents."

Let thanked her for enlightening him, and they continued on their journey, talking about various things along the way. Let gave evasive answers to questions about himself.
