Chapter 15: The first one out
Lucian clapped his hand bringing all attention to him, it had become a habit of his now. Lucian had a smile on his face but it was somehow different from the smile he used to have before.
"Everyone you should know we don't put you in classes because of your age or physical abilities." Lucian said with his now different smile.
Seeing Lucian smile and the way he talked it made the students get goosebumps, while Logan had a curious look on his face wondering what the test was going to be out.
Another man suddenly walked in and started to sing.
The other students watched the man's strange action, as the man stood there just singing. After a while the man stopped.
"Looks like we have some promising students" Lucian said smiling.
All the students were at first a bit dumbfounded but happy they managed to pass so easily. But there was something wrong, someone who wasn't happy.
Logan stood there as he looked at the message in front of him.
[You are being trapped in a hallucination!]
[Resistance level not high enough!]
[You have been trapped]
Logan looked around "This is a hallucination"
As soon as Logan said that he woke up sweat running down his face as students laid down beside him seemingly asleep.
Logan raised his head up to find three adults staring at him, one of them was Lucian who had the biggest smile on his face.
"You really do like to show off" Lucian said smiling as he bent down to Logan "You haven't even stayed in the dream world for a day and you already realized it was not real"
Lucian smile kept growing wider.

As soon as the man started singing, students started to fall on the floor sleeping off, Logan was the last one to sleep off. Four other teachers came out as soon as the students started sleeping.
"According to my calculations, they should have been in the dream world for about two minutes" One of the female teachers said as she adjusted her glasses.
"Let's see how long it will take them to realize it." The man who had casted the spell stated.
"The best time was five months, which was scored by none other than the headmaster" The woman stated.
"Ahhhhh" Logan screamed as sweat dripped down on his face and he raised his head up to see three adults staring at him.

Lucian turned to the lady who stood there dumbfounded "How many minutes has it been in the dream world."
The lady took a while to regain her composure "Five minutes"
Lucian then turned to the caster smiling "You better go tell the headmaster that someone broke his record."
The man just nodded still staring at Logan.
Logan stood up to see every student still asleep except him "What's going on?"
Lucian smiled happily his smile seemingly growing the more he talked to Logan. "In the military we care about physical strength but there is something more important, can you guess what it is"
Logan stood there silent for a second and recollected all the activates that had happened "Mental strength" Logan answered his own smile begging to grow.
"Correct" Lucian stated as he came closer to Logan "Usually it would take at least 300 years before the average person noticed, but don't worry time passes faster there, Well they would be long dead meaning they failed, Personally it took me five years to realize but you Logan" Lucian said as he came facing Logan, he had to look down to Logan since Logan seemed to not want to look up not to feel inferior.
Lucian turned to the two "Mali, Sallie go check on the students at the front"
The two other teachers nodded and went to the front where the other students were located.
Lucian sat down and patted for Logan to do the same. Logan body shivered getting real Diddy vibes from this guy but still later chose to sit down.
"For being the first I would like to give you a little gift" Lucian said as he put his hand in his pocket.
"Let this be our little secret okay"
Lucian handed Logan the same crystal the students were so mesmerized with before.
"Sell it, crush it, turn it into a weapon, do anything you want with it" Lucian said as he gave Logan.

Logan had a smile on his face but chose not to do it at least not now. He turned to Lucian about to say thank you when he noticed that Lucian smile had dropped replaced with a more serious expression.
"Now Logan tell me something" Lucian said more seriously. "Why do you have two life force?"
Logan immediately jumped back several feet as he landed on top of a still sleeping students head, His whole body tensed up including his leg which was not almost crushing the students head.
"Woah easy their fella you're going to kill that poor boy or girl, men that's one ugly child good thing its asleep" Lucian said his voice seemingly now back to being playful.
For some reason Logan immediately understood what he meant by two life force, He was talking about Logan's human side and vampire side but the problem now was did he know Logan was part vampire.
"How did you know?" Logan asked as he removed his leg from its head.
Lucian smiled "Have you heard about something special called Qi"
Logan let down his guard a little bit "No"
"Well its basically just life force something like the burner ability but less suci-
Lucian immediately stopped as he looked at Logan who was staring at him like he was ready to kill him.
Lucian cleared his throat "You really don't like people abusing the burners, do you?"
"Well what I mean is Qi allows us to use our external life force to strength our body not our internal life force, it also allows us to see the life force of others and how it passes through their body, Right now I see two burning flames in you signaling you have two life force even though one looks like it about to off any second"
Logan was about to say something when he heard a loud shout as another student woke up.
Lucian smiled "According to my calculations its been seven years in the dream world."
Logan turned to Silvia who had sweat dripping down her head as he looked at Logan and Lucian who were both smiling weirdly at her.
"Looks like the second one out is Silvia"
